EM-APARTMENTS GERMANY This fully equipped duplex apartment with rooftop is looking for tenants to sublet. Wake up in one of the two luxurious beds, enjoy the start of the day with coffee on a unique roof terrace with a fabulous view, or watch a movie in the evening on the massage chair. A barbecue evening with the existing Weber gas grill is also possible. Due to the central location, the paths to the main train station as well as to restaurants and shops are not far. During your stay you can use the entire apartment with both bedrooms and bathroom with rain shower. The roof terrace is also only accessible via the apartment and thus offers privacy, as does the spacious living-dining area. Cleanliness is very important to me, so that the stay in this apartment is experienced as pleasantly as possible. Special requests can be made possible by arrangement.

Aufwachen in einem der beiden luxuriösen Betten, den Start in den Tag mit Kaffe auf einer einzigartigen Dachterasse mit sagenhaftem Fernblick genießen oder abends gemütlich auf dem Massagessel einen Film schauen. Auch ein Grillabend mit dem vorhandenen Weber-Gasgrill ist möglich. Aufgrund von zentraler Lage sind die Wege sowohl zum Hauptbahnhof als auch zu Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten nicht weit. Während Eures Aufenthaltes könnt ihr die gesamte Wohnung mit beiden Schlafzimmern sowie Badezimmer mit Regenschauerdusche nutzen. Auch die Dachterrasse ist ausschließlich über die Wohnung zugänglich und bietet somit ebenso wie der großzügig gestaltete Wohn-Essbereich Privatsphäre. Sauberkeit wird bei mir groß geschrieben, damit der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung so angenehm wie möglich erlebt wird. Sonderanfragen können je nach Absprache ermöglicht werden.
