The build quality is like nothing I have seen in Spain before. The walls are seriously thick and have cavity wall insulation, there is not a single spot of damp in the house. The tiling of the kitchen and downstairs areas took six months to complete such is the professionalism, in fact, it is perfection. 
Originally, the house was one massive family property and over the years it has been developed into three very large villas. Trust me, I imagine that a bomb could go off in any one of the properties and the other two wouldn´t notice it. There is also one other property off the courtyard and the properties have the status of “colonia” or a colony which means that there is a very good chance of applying for and receiving a Tourist License as this would make one of the best ever Airbnb properties that would have people returning again and again. 
At the front of the house are a beautiful, large, covered terrace and a small private courtyard. This is where to spend relaxing evenings and also to eat alfresco. Through the incredible front door and you are in the breathtaking hallway with the most delightful staircase ahead of you. The door to the left takes you into a fully fitted kitchen, unlike most Spanish kitchens this is a kitchen/diner and has a walk-in pantry. 
Further to the left of the hallway is a fully fitted bathroom and across the hallway is the magnificent lounge/diner. I´m fast running out of adequate words without repeating myself so it´s best you look at the photos and videos. 
Upstairs are five large double bedrooms, the main one has an en-suite bathroom and there is a big guest bathroom and a small fifth bedroom that can be used as an office. 
The land is in very good condition and ready for planting vegetables, olive trees, almond trees, etc and there is a naturally shaded area of trees in the far corner for another area of relaxation and tranquility. with a huge garage, 70m2 that can be made into a two or three-bed apartment if required. There is also a 3-sided building that can be made into a workshop.

 

The views of the castle from the land are as good as any I have seen. The owners originally had a swimming pool, however, after many years of not using they decided to have it removed which means that a pool can be installed in its place without any issues. 
Please take a look at the photos and the video and if it is within your budget come and see it, it is an experience you will never forget.
The furniture is obviously not included, however, the owner would prefer to sell it and understands he could obtain much more at an auction but doesn´t want to spend that time and will listen to offers.

La calidad de construcción es de las mejores que hemos visto. Las paredes son muy gruesas, no hay una sola mancha de humedad en la casa. El alicatado de la cocina y las áreas de la planta baja tomó seis meses para completarlo. Se puede apreciar hasta el más mínimo detalle.
Originalmente, la casa era una propiedad familiar y con los años se ha convertido en tres diferentes.Si te decimos que una bomba podría estallar en cualquiera de las propiedades y los otros dos no se darían cuenta, no lo creerías.También hay otra propiedad fuera del patio y las propiedades tienen el estatus de "colonia" , lo que significa que hay una muy buena posibilidad de solicitar y recibir una Licencia Turística, ya que esta sería una de las mejores propiedades de Airbnb. Eso haría que la gente regresara una y otra vez.
En la parte delantera de la casa hay una hermosa terraza cubierta grande y un pequeño patio privado. Aquí es donde pasar tardes relajantes y también para comer al aire libre. A través de la increíble puerta de entrada, se encuentra el impresionante recibidor con la escalera más encantadora y bonita que hayas podido ver. La puerta de la izquierda te lleva a una cocina totalmente equipada, a diferencia de la mayoría de las cocinas españolas, esta es una cocina/comedor y tiene una despensa grande.
Más a la izquierda del pasillo hay un baño completamente equipado y al otro lado del pasillo está el magnífico salón/comedor con chimenea.
Arriba hay cinco dormitorios dobles grandes, el principal tiene un baño en suite y hay un baño de invitados grande y un quinto dormitorio pequeño que se puede usar como oficina, o bien abrir una puerta y crear un acceso a la terraza superior.
El terreno está en muy buenas condiciones y listo para plantar verduras, frutas, olivos, almendros, etc. y hay un área de árboles con sombra natural en la esquina más alejada para otra área de relajación y tranquilidad. Además, hay un enorme garaje de 72m2 que se puede convertir en un apartamento de dos o tres habitaciones si es necesario. También hay un edificio de 3 lados que se puede convertir en un taller.
Las vistas del castillo desde el terreno son espectaculares. Los propietarios originalmente tenían una piscina, sin embargo, después de muchos años sin usarla, decidieron quitarla, lo que significa que se puede instalar una piscina en su lugar sin ningún problema.
