The apartments are spread over 3 floors of the modern building and can be easily reached via an elevator. In accordance with modern standards, we work with a completely contactless system, which allows access to the building and rooms only with a key card. The spatial separation of living and sleeping areas enables individual use of the living area. Whether as a living and dining room or as a separate study is entirely up to you. The living area of the apartment is furnished with a large sofa bed and a television. An extendable table can be used both as a workplace and as a dining table and can easily be enlarged or reduced as required. A fully equipped single kitchen with hob and extractor hood in the living area offers appealing comfort. Our modern 2-room apartments have two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. The sleeping area is furnished with a 160cm double bed and a second television. A large wardrobe offers you ample storage space. TV, electricity, and WLAN are included in the price. Rosbach v. d. Höhe is centrally located in the Rhine-Main area and offers quick access to Frankfurt am Main via the A5 motorway. You can reach Frankfurt by car in about 30 minutes. Mainz is about 45 minutes away and Gießen about 40 minutes. Rosbach v. d. Höhe railway station is a 15-minute walk away.

Unsere Apartments verteilen sich auf 3 Etagen unseres modernen Gebäudes und sind bequem über einen Aufzug zu erreichen. Gemäß dem modernen Standard arbeiten wir mit einem vollständig kontaktlosen System, welches den Zugang zu Gebäude und Zimmer nur mit einer Schlüsselkarte ermöglicht. Die räumliche Trennung von Wohn- und Schlafbereich ermöglicht eine individuelle Nutzung des Wohnbereichs. Ob als Wohn- und Esszimmer oder als separates Arbeitszimmer, ist Ihnen dabei ganz selbst überlassen. Der Wohnbereich des Apartments ist mit einer großen Schlafcouch und einem Fernseher ausgestattet. Ein ausziehbarer Tisch ist sowohl als Arbeitsplatz, als auch als Esstisch nutzbar und kann ganz einfach je nach Bedarf vergrößert oder verkleinert werden. Eine vollausgestattete Single-Küche mit Kochfeld und Dunstabzugshaube im Wohnbereich bieten einen ansprechenden Komfort.
