The stylishly furnished 1-room apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet apartment building. It is the ideal starting point for exploring the city and the surrounding area. The cozy balcony facing the courtyard invites you to relax and linger. Enjoy an individual and varied holiday and relax in our inviting holiday apartment. On 45 sqm you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay in our beautiful state capital Dresden. Our spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower. Here you will also find a hair dryer and enough space for your personal cosmetics. The large main room not only welcomes you with plenty of space, but also with an extremely cozy atmosphere and appealing details that make the apartment so homely. A double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) invites you to relax and have a restful sleep. A sofa bed is also available for an extra bed. Up to 2 other people can be found here. For small guests we are happy to provide a cot with a mattress, protective cover and bed sheet. A high chair is also available. The kitchen area is also extensively equipped. In addition to the oven and stove, you will also find a coffee maker (filter coffee), a toaster and a kettle. The dishwasher is happy to do the tedious washing up (tabs available). All windows can be darkened with external blinds. After a beautiful and varied day, you can relax on the cozy balcony. A parasol is available. Our Leubener Stübchen is the ideal starting point to reach the city center by train (bus stop is approx. 50m away). The S-Bahn station is about 1 km away. From here you can easily reach the city center as well as Saxon Switzerland. Your car is parked in our underground car park. You can also store your bicycles here. If you need more than one parking space, you will find additional parking spaces in the surrounding side streets (free of charge). Auf 45 qm² finden Sie alles, was Sie für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in unserer wunderschönen Landeshauptstadt Dresden benötigen. Unser großzügiges Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Hier finden Sie auch einen Fön und genügend Platz für Ihre persönlichen Kosmetik. Der große Hauptraum begrüßt Sie nicht nur mit viel Platz, sondern auch mit einer äußerst gemütlichen Atmosphäre und ansprechenden Details, welche die Wohnung so wohnlich macht. Ein Doppelbett (180 cm x 200 cm) lädt zum entspannen und einem erholsamen Schlaf ein. Für die Aufbettung steht zusätzlich eine Schlafcouch bereit. Hier finden bis zu 2 weitere Personen statt. Für kleine Gäste stellen wir gern ein Babybett mit Matratze, Schonbezug und Bettlaken zur Verfügung. Ein Hochstuhl ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Küchenbereich ist ebenfalls umfangreich ausgestattet. Neben Ofen und Herd finden Sie auch eine Kaffeemaschine (Filterkaffee), einen Toaster und einen Wasserkocher. Der Geschirrspüler übernimmt gern das lästige Aufwaschen (Tabs vorhanden). Alle Fenster können mit Außenjalousien verdunkelt werden. Nach einem schönen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaubstag können Sie auf dem gemütlichen Balkon entspannen. Ein Sonnenschirm steht bereit. Unser Leubener Stübchen ist der ideale Ausgangsort um die Innenstadt mit der Bahn zu erreichen (Haltestelle ist ca. 50m entfernt). Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle befindet sich in ca. 1 km Entfernung. Von hier können sie ebenso entspannt die Innenstadt, wie auch die Sächsische Schweiz erreichen. Ihr Auto parkt in unserer Tiefgarage. Hier besteht auch die Möglichkeit Ihre Fahrräder unterzubringen. Benötigen Sie mehr als einen Parkplatz, finden Sie in den umliegenden Seitenstraßen weitere Parkmöglichkeiten (kostenfrei).
