Altre quattro camere con bagno privato, nell'ex stalla con terrazzo e porticato. Nell'edificio che un tempo era destinato all'allevamento di conigli, sono stati ricavati una sala ricreativa, un terzo appartamento trilocale con ingresso indipendente, un grande magazzino ed un sempre comodo e funzionale laboratorio.
