For more than 15 years operating as a tea house, "Terra de Sabores" is both a gourmet products shop with a differentiated offer (e.g. wine, honey, olive oil, teas) and a place for the exhibition and sale of handmade and traditional decoration items (e.g. crockery, tablecloths).

This commercial space consists of a large room with about 100 m2, 1 covered parking space and a storage room. Although with an entrance directed to the street, this tea house is located in a luxury gated community with private access to a harmonious garden and swimming pool.
The surroundings are characterised by a typical environment of the region, calm and quiet, with easy parking.
