We are in the sestiere of Castello and in a strategic position since in a few minutes we can reach enchanting places such as Campo S. Giovanni e Paolo, Campo Santa Maria Formosa as well as the magical Piazza San Marco. Near this intersection of spectacular Venetian sights is our flat located on the third floor of a building with very neat common parts. Once through the front door we enter a spacious entrance hall that immediately makes us feel we are immersed in a Venetian atmosphere. A room/study with a mezzanine makes us dream, followed by a spacious double bedroom. The two bathrooms are located towards the bedroom area so maximum comfort. We finally enter a large, bright hall with a living area made very cosy by a warm fireplace. The dining area is next to a kitchenette from which you enter a veranda, with the possibility of being heated in winter, a fabulous place for lunches or dinners with family or guests. The final jewel is the large terrace accessed from the hall. An extraordinary Venetian view where you can even catch a glimpse of St. Mark's Bell Tower, a privileged spot that marks it out as a charming flat that lends itself to being a first home and therefore a comfortable home all year round or even as a second home for fantastic Venetian stays where you can breathe in the centuries-old history and culture of the Queen of the Sea, or rather the Grandiose Venice.The Castello district, the largest and among the oldest in Venice, is located at the eastern end of the city. Among the numerous monuments and works of art, we cannot fail to mention the Arsenale, for centuries the cradle of the power of the Serenissima, the Basilica of Saints John and Paul, one of the most beloved by Venetians, of S. Francesco in Vigna, of S. Maria Formosa.The property is a few steps away from Campo Santa Maria Formosa and Campo San Lio, a beautiful central residential area of Venice. It is also very convenient to reach Piazza San Marco or the main means of transport such as train and vaporetto. Wir befinden uns im Stadtteil Castello und in einer strategischen Position, da wir in wenigen Minuten bezaubernde Orte wie den Campo S. Giovanni e Paolo, den Campo Santa Maria Formosa sowie den magischen Markusplatz erreichen können. Ein Zimmer/Arbeitszimmer mit Zwischengeschoss lässt uns träumen, gefolgt von einem geräumigen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Die beiden Bäder befinden sich in Richtung des Schlafzimmers und bieten somit maximalen Komfort. Schließlich betreten wir eine große, helle Halle mit einem Wohnbereich, der durch einen warmen Kamin sehr gemütlich wirkt. Der Essbereich befindet sich neben einer Küchenzeile, von der aus man auf eine Veranda gelangt, die im Winter beheizt werden kann, ein wunderbarer Ort für Mittag- oder Abendessen mit der Familie oder Gästen. Das letzte Juwel ist die große Terrasse, die von der Halle aus zugänglich ist. Ein außergewöhnlicher Blick auf Venedig, von dem aus man sogar den Glockenturm des Markus erblicken kann, ein privilegierter Ort, der sie als charmante Wohnung auszeichnet, die sich als Erstwohnsitz und somit als komfortables Zuhause für das ganze Jahr eignet, oder auch als Zweitwohnsitz für fantastische Aufenthalte in Venedig, wo man die jahrhundertealte Geschichte und Kultur der Königin des Meeres, oder besser gesagt des grandiosen Venedigs, einatmen kann.Das Castello-Viertel, das größte und eines der ältesten Viertel Venedigs, liegt am östlichen Ende der Stadt. Finalmente entramos en un amplio y luminoso vestíbulo con una zona de estar muy acogedora gracias a una cálida chimenea. La zona de comedor está junto a una cocina americana desde la que se accede a un porche, con posibilidad de ser calefactado en invierno, un lugar fabuloso para comidas o cenas en familia o con invitados. La última joya es la gran terraza a la que se accede desde el vestíbulo. Nous sommes dans le sestiere de Castello et dans une position stratégique puisqu'en quelques minutes nous pouvons atteindre des lieux enchanteurs tels que Campo S. Giovanni e Paolo, Campo Santa Maria Formosa ainsi que la magique Piazza San Marco. C'est à proximité de ce carrefour de sites vénitiens spectaculaires que se trouve notre appartement, situé au troisième étage d'un immeuble dont les parties communes sont très soignées. Une fois la porte d'entrée franchie, nous pénétrons dans un hall d'entrée spacieux qui nous donne immédiatement l'impression d'être plongés dans une atmosphère vénitienne. Une chambre/bureau avec mezzanine nous fait rêver, suivie d'une chambre double spacieuse. Les deux salles de bains sont situées vers l'espace chambre pour un maximum de confort. Nous entrons enfin dans un grand hall lumineux avec une salle de séjour rendue très confortable par une chaleureuse cheminée. La salle à manger se trouve à côté d'une kitchenette d'où l'on accède à une véranda, qui peut être chauffée en hiver, un endroit fabuleux pour les déjeuners ou les dîners en famille ou avec des invités. Le dernier joyau est la grande terrasse à laquelle on accède depuis le hall. Une vue vénitienne extraordinaire où l'on peut même apercevoir le clocher de Saint-Marc, un endroit privilégié qui en fait un appartement de charme qui se prête à être une première maison et donc une maison confortable tout au long de l'année ou même une résidence secondaire pour de fantastiques séjours vénitiens où l'on peut respirer l'histoire et la culture séculaires de la Reine de la Mer, ou plutôt de la Grande Venise.Le quartier du Castello, le plus grand et l'un des plus anciens de Venise, est situé à l'extrémité est de la ville. Per raggiungere questo bellissimo e luminoso appartamento con una meravigliosa e ampia terrazza al piano ci lasciamo il Ponte di Rialto alle spalle e procediamo verso il Campo San Lio. Siamo nel sestiere di Castello e in una posizione strategica poiché in pochi minuti possiamo raggiungere luoghi incantevoli quali Campo S. Giovanni e Paolo, Campo Santa Maria Formosa nonché la magica Piazza San Marco. Nei dintorni di questo incrocio di spettacolari luoghi veneziani si trova il nostro appartamento situato al terzo piano di una palazzina con parti comuni molto ordinate. Una volta varcato l’uscio di casa entriamo in uno spazioso ingresso che ci fa subito sentire di essere immersi in un’atmosfera veneziana. Una camera/studio con soppalco ci fa sognare e a seguire abbiamo una spaziosa camera matrimoniale. I due bagni sono situati verso la zona delle camere quindi massima comodità. Ma ecco che si arriva alla magia, dulcis in fundo si entra in una grande e luminosa sala con una zona living resa molto accogliente grazie a un caldo caminetto. La zona pranzo è a ridosso di un angolo cottura dal quale si entra in una veranda, con la possibilità di essere d’ inverno riscaldata, luogo favoloso per pranzi o cene in famiglia o con ospiti. Il gioiello finale è la grande terrazza alla quale si accede dalla sala.
