Die Räume des Wohnbereichs sind groß und lichtdurchflutet durch die zahlreichen Fenster in jedem Zimmer, und ebenso angenehm ist der Blick von der Küche und dem Hauptschlafzimmer auf den gepflegten Garten darunter; auf dieser Etage befinden sich auch das Hauptbad und das Dienstbad, zu dem man von einem gut ausgestatteten Garderobenraum aus gelangt. Im Obergeschoss, das sich vollständig im Dachgeschoss befindet, gibt es ein offenes Gästezimmer, aber vor allem Zugang zu einer herrlichen, fast 30 Quadratmeter großen, bepflanzten Terrasse mit Blick auf die Kuppel von SS. Giovanni e Paolo und den Glockenturm von S. Francesco. Appena varcata la soglia d’ingresso veniamo accolti da un ampio androne condominiale dal quale accediamo al magazzino di pertinenza, anch’esso perfettamente ristrutturato e dotato di due finestre. Salendo al secondo piano ed entrando nel nostro appartamento ciò che ci colpisce immediatamente sono i caratteri tipicamente veneziani delle travi lignee sul soffitto e dei
pavimenti in terrazzo. Gli spazi della zona giorno sono ampi e inondati di luce che filtra dalle numerose finestre presenti in ogni ambiente ed altrettanto piacevoli sono le viste dalla cucina e
dalla camera matrimoniale verso il curatissimo giardino sottostante; completano questo piano il bagno principale e quello di servizio al quale si accede da una stanza guardaroba super attrezzata.
