The property is located near Via Garibaldi, a typical venetian and residential area at the same time, with numerous shops nearby. The location is very demanded for investment, given the proximity to the Giardini and the pavilions of the Biennale. Die kürzlich fein restaurierte und von Designelementen geprägte Immobilie bewahrt dank der freiliegenden Balken und der venezianischen Terrazzoböden die venezianische Atmosphäre; sie ist außerdem mit fernbedienbaren Stahlrohrheizkörpern, einer Fußbodenheizung im Bad für zusätzlichen Komfort und einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
