En chemin, nous voyons des panneaux indiquant des points de vue, des sentiers, une rivière, une cascade, une plage sur la rivière, une clinique de médecine préventive... et nous sommes arrivés. Une belle maison en pierre nous attend, entièrement rénovée et composée d'un rez-de-chaussée, d'un sous-sol et d'une arrière-cour.Toujours à l'extérieur, juste devant la maison, nous sommes surpris par la magnifique fontaine d'eau courante avec un énorme réservoir où, dans les temps anciens, les dames se réunissaient pour laver le linge de la famille et faire le plein d'eau pour boire.
Aujourd'hui encore, de nombreuses personnes se rendent à cette fontaine pour emporter de l'eau à boire à la maison. C'est une eau pure et savoureuse.Nous sommes entrés dans la maison et avons découvert un grand salon avec de beaux murs en pierre, une cheminée très ornée et deux fenêtres offrant une vue magnifique sur les montagnes !
Sur le côté droit se trouve une grande chambre avec salle de bains privative, dotée d'une armoire encastrée et de grandes fenêtres qui laissent entrer la lumière naturelle et nous offrent des vues fantastiques !
La salle de bains est complète, avec une fenêtre et un très bel espace intérieur.De retour dans le salon et maintenant sur la gauche, nous descendons 4 marches et nous nous retrouvons dans une belle cuisine équipée avec une fenêtre et une porte directe vers l'extérieur. Toujours dans le salon et à gauche, il y a un deuxième accès au sous-sol.
Nous descendons le bel escalier et sur la droite nous avons une grande salle de bain complète et deux chambres spacieuses.
Dans cette partie de la maison, il y a également une buanderie et une grande pièce avec des fenêtres et un accès direct au magnifique jardin.Cette pièce pourrait être le bureau dont vous avez toujours rêvé !Nous sommes sortis dans l'arrière-cour : une pelouse plate, avec suffisamment d'espace pour faire une piscine, car la chose la plus importante dans cette maison est un bonus - l'eau ! Durante la salita, vediamo indicazioni per punti panoramici, sentieri, un fiume, una cascata, una spiaggia fluviale, una clinica di medicina preventiva... e siamo arrivati. Ci attende una bella casa in pietra, completamente ristrutturata e composta da piano terra, seminterrato e cortile.Sempre all'esterno, proprio di fronte alla casa, ci sorprende la magnifica fontana d'acqua corrente con un'enorme vasca dove, anticamente, le donne si riunivano per lavare i panni della famiglia e riempirsi d'acqua per bere.
Ancora oggi, molte persone si recano a questa fontana per portare a casa l'acqua da bere. È un'acqua pura con un ottimo sapore.Entrando in casa abbiamo trovato un grande salone con bellissime pareti in pietra, un camino molto decorato e due finestre con una magnifica vista sulle montagne!
Sul lato destro c'è una grande camera da letto con bagno privato, con un armadio a muro e grandi finestre che lasciano entrare la luce naturale e ci regalano una vista fantastica!
Il bagno è completo di finestra e di un'ottima area interna.Di nuovo nel soggiorno e ora sulla sinistra, scendiamo 4 gradini e ci troviamo in una bella cucina attrezzata con finestra e porta diretta all'esterno. Sempre nel soggiorno e a sinistra, c'è un secondo accesso al seminterrato.
Scendiamo la bella scala e sulla destra troviamo un grande bagno completo e due spaziose camere da letto.
In questa parte della casa c'è anche una lavanderia e un'ampia stanza con finestre e accesso diretto al magnifico giardino/orto.Questa stanza potrebbe essere l'ufficio che avete sempre sognato!Siamo usciti in giardino: prato pianeggiante, con una superficie sufficiente per realizzare una piscina, perché la cosa più importante in questa casa è un bonus: l'acqua! Our journey to this villa begins in the beautiful village of Espinhal where the cobbled streets, the beautiful parish church, the friendliness of the people and the pleasant smell of freshly baked bread immediately create a sense of well-being!We leave this village and start climbing the mountain, about 10 minutes, glimpsing the magnificent landscape, pure nature, water flowing from rocks and a beautiful variety of trees and wild flowers.
On the way up, we see signs for viewpoints, trails, a river, a waterfall, a river beach, a preventive medicine clinic... and we've arrived. A beautiful stone house awaits us, completely renovated and comprising a ground floor, basement and backyard.Still outside, right in front of the house, we are surprised by the magnificent running water fountain with a huge tank where, in ancient times, the ladies used to gather to wash the family's clothes and fill up with water to drink.
Even today, many people go to this fountain to take water home to drink. It's pure water with a great flavour.We entered the house to a large lounge with beautiful stone walls, a very ornate fireplace and two windows with magnificent views of the mountains!
