Hanging from the cliff, The Cliff House is a unique accommodation that is located in the northern area of Tenerife with more hours of sunshine per year. Its panoramic sea views from its two terraces (one external and one internal) are simply breathtaking and extend across the wide Ocean to the Teide. The Cliff House is designed specifically for guests who are not only looking for accommodation, but to live a unique experience. As the name implies, the apartment hangs off the cliff and nothing separates its guests from the immense Atlantic Ocean. Therefore, to move the guest to the sea, The Cliff House is carefully decorated with a marine aesthetic (sailor capes, lanterns, etc.) with island reminiscences.
Starting from the outermost point, we find small stairs that lead us down to a small but cozy private terrace where you can enjoy the sun in privacy or have a drink at sunset, while watching the sunset on the horizon. From there you can see how the sun is reflected on the sea surface and, in the distance, a small fishing village crowned by the majestic Teide, which can be seen with total clarity on the clearest days.
On a level higher than the outside terrace, we find an interior 'terrace': with large windows, maintaining the views and two swivel chairs that hang from two sailor ends. In them, guests can immerse themselves in reading, have a pleasant evening conversation or swing with the soft murmur of the sea and the breaking of the waves.
Next, the spacious living room-kitchen opens, with an unusually high ceiling and equipped with a cheslong sofa bed, flat-screen TV and bluetooth stereo with mobile connectivity. In addition, for meetings of busier friends, swivel armchairs can be oriented towards the living room creating a unique leisure space.
The kitchen, open to the living room, completes the space and is fully equipped (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc.). It has a large island-dining room, made in a single piece of a unique veined granite, from which guests can cook, if they wish, with the blue of the sea in the background.

The apartment is located on the Sauzal coast, in the area known as 'El Puntillo del Sol'. It received that name for the way in which the sun moves on the horizon until it crosses the line of the sea that can be seen from the area and for being the area of the north of the island that records more hours of sunshine per year.
The accommodation is perfect for those travelers who want to continue enjoying the climate of Tenerife without suffering the large agglomerations of the south of the island.
In the same building we find a pizzeria with one of the best pizzas on the island (thin and authentically Italian dough) and in which we can order food to take away (and enjoy them on the terrace of the apartment). In addition, a few meters away we find a German restaurant (Ferdis Restaurant), with a terrace, where you can also have a beer when the afternoon falls.
A few meters away, by car or hiking, we access the Costa de Rojas, a recently arranged coastal promenade that runs through a relevant part of the northern coast. In addition, at the end of the walk, almost at the foot of the houses above, we find magnificent natural swimming pools in which to cool off.

Sus vistas panorámicas al mar desde sus dos terrazas (una externa y otra interna) son, sencillamente, sobrecogedoras y se extienden por el amplio Océano hasta el Teide.Recientemente reformado y decorado con una estética marinera y moderna,The Cliff House es un remanso de paz, bien conectado y que culmina con una impresionante piscina abierta al mar.
El espacio
The Cliff House está ideado, específicamente, para los huéspedes que no buscan solo un alojamiento, sino vivir una experiencia singular.Como su propio nombre indica, el apartamento cuelga del acantiladoy nada separa a sus huéspedes del inmenso Oceáno Atlántico. Por eso, para trasladar al huésped al mar, The Cliff House está cuidadosamente decorado con una estética marinera (cabos marineros, faroles, etc.) con reminiscencias isleñas.
Empezando desde el punto más exterior, encontramos unas pequeñas escaleras que nos bajan a una pequeña pero acogedora terraza privada donde disfrutar del sol en la intimidad o tomar una copa al atardecer, mientras observamos la puesta de sol en el horizonte. Desde allí se observa cómo el sol se refleja en la superficie marina y, a lo lejos, un pequeño pueblecito marinero coronado por el majestuoso Teide, que se deja ver con total claridad en los días más claros.
En un nivel superior al de la terraza exterior, encontramos una 'terraza' interior: con unos amplíos ventanales, manteniendo las vistas y dos sillones giratorios que cuelgan de sendos cabos marineros . En ellos, los huéspedes podrán sumergirse en la lectura, mantener una agradable conversación vespertina o balancearse con el suave murmullo del mar y el romper de las olas.
A continuación se abre el espacioso salón-cocina,con un techo insusualmente alto y equipado con un sofá-cama cheslong, TV plana y equipo de música con bluetooth con conectividad móvil. Además, para las reuniones de amigos más concurridas, los sillones giratorios pueden orientarse hacia el salón creando un único espacio de ocio.
Completa el espacio la cocina, abierta al salón, y que está totalmente equipada (nevera, horno, lavavajillas, microondas, lavadora, etc.). Cuenta con una amplia isla-comedor, fabricada en una sola pieza de un granito veteado único, desde la que los huéspedes podrán cocinar, si lo desean, con el azul del mar al fondo.
En una zona separada encontramos el dormitorio de matrimonio, con abundante luz natural y espaciosos armarios a disposición de los huéspedes.Por último, encontramos a su lado un baño diáfano, con una cuidada selección de materiales y una ducha abierta y amplia.

El alojamiento es perfecto para aquellos viajeros que quieren seguir disfrutando del clima de Tenerife sin sufrir las grandes aglomeraciones del sur de la isla.
En el mismo edificio encontramos una pizzería con una de las mejores pizzas de la isla (masa fina y auténticamente italiana) y en la quepodremos pedir la comida para llevar (y disfrutarlas en la terraza del apartamento). Además, a escasos metros encontramos un restaurante alemán (Restaurante Ferdis), con terraza, en el que también tomar una cerveza cuando cae la tarde.
A muy pocos metros de distancia, en coche o haciendo senderismo, accedemos a la Costa de Rojas, paseo litoral recientemente arreglado y que recorre una parte relevante del litoral del norte. Además, al final del paseo, casi a los pies de las casas en lo alto, encontramos unas magníficas piscinas naturales en las que refrescarnos.

Ensuite, le spacieux salon-cuisine s'ouvre, avec un plafond inhabituellement haut et équipé d'un canapé-lit en cheslong, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une chaîne hi-fi Bluetooth avec connectivité mobile. De plus, pour les réunions d'amis plus occupés, des fauteuils pivotants peuvent être orientés vers le salon, créant ainsi un espace de loisirs unique.
La cuisine, ouverte sur le salon, complète l'espace et est entièrement équipée (réfrigérateur, four, lave-vaisselle, four micro-ondes, lave-linge, etc.). Il possède une grande salle à manger-îlot, faite d'un seul bloc de granit veiné, à partir de laquelle les clients peuvent cuisiner, s'ils le souhaitent, avec le fond bleu de la mer.
Dans une zone séparée, nous trouvons la chambre double, avec une abondante lumière naturelle et de grands placards à la disposition des clients. Enfin, nous trouvons à côté une salle de bain diaphane, avec une sélection minutieuse de matériaux et une douche ouverte et spacieuse.
