The bedrooms can be darkened with pleated blinds. The cosy living area is approx. 30 m² in size and has a sofa bed for two people, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchenette. The spacious living area has its own terrace and is just a few steps away from the white sandy beach through the romantic dune forest. Experience a relaxing holiday in a modern flat. Here you will find everything you need to feel at home and enjoy your holiday. Several TVs, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, large fridge with freezer compartments .... and free Wi-Fi. There is 1 free parking space available after completion. At the moment parking with several vehicles is still possible free of charge. Important note! The beach flat is located in the former Kdf-Bad in Prora in Haus Granitz in Block 3. Block 3 is currently a major construction site. Construction work is still being carried out in the immediate vicinity. During regular working hours from 7 a.m., including Saturdays, there may be an increased workload due to the construction work.
