The apartment is located on the 3rd floor under the roof, very close to the Welcome Hotel, the castle and the city centre. The bedroom and living room are air-conditioned. In the bedroom there are two single beds, which can be combined to a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed, which can also be used as a double sofa bed. Directly opposite there are two student pubs, which are a bit louder on weekends. Otherwise the apartment (2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom) is equipped with everything you need. There is a kitchen where everything is available. Fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine and other extras. In the bathroom you can take a shower or bath. In the living room there is also a desk, a dining table and a flat screen TV. You will certainly feel comfortable with us for a short holiday or business trip. Our accommodation is comfortable, modern and central. The holiday accommodation is 380 square meters and can accommodate up to 24 people in 11 different apartments. Each apartment has a separate locked room and its own bathroom. The apartments are fully equipped. There is also a safe in each apartment. In the accommodation, there is the possibility to do your laundry and to dry it. Of course, we also have secured parking spaces directly on the premises. However, these are subject to a fee and must be reserved. If you arrive by bicycle, we have a special parking space for this purpose. 24H Check-In per Smartphone possible. Meer bekijken Minder bekijken Das Apartment liegt im 3. Stock unter dem Dach ganz in der Nähe liegt das Welcome Hotel, das Schloss und die Innenstadt. Das Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer ist klimatisiert. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich zwei Einzelbetten, die zu einem Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden können. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Sitzcouch, die auch als Doppelklappcouch genutzt werden kann. Direkt gegenüber liegen zwei Studentenkneipen, die am Wochenende etwas lauter sind. Ansonsten ist das Apartment (2 Zimmer, Küche,Bad) mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt eine Küche, in der alles vorhanden ist. Kühlschschrank, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschiene und weitere Extras. Im Badezimmer kann geduscht oder gebadet werden. Im Wohnzimmer steht ihnen auch ein Schreibtisch, ein Esszimmertisch als auch ein Flachbildschirm zur Verfügung. Sie werden sich für einen Kurzurlaub oder Ihre Dienstreise bestimmt bei uns wohlfühlen. Unsere Unterkunft ist behaglich, neumodisch und zentral. Die Ferienunterkunft ist 380qm groß und bietet Platz für bis zu 24 Personen in 11 verschiedenen Apartments. Jedes Apartment verfügt über einen separat abgeschlossenen Raum und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Apartments sind voll ausgestattet. Auch ein eigener Safe befindet sich in jedem Apartment. In der Unterkunft besteht die Möglichkeit, Ihre Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocken. Natürlich haben wir auch Stellplätze gesichert direkt auf dem Gelände. Diese sind jedoch kostenpflichtig und müssen reserviert werden.
