we are offering our beautiful, quiet old building apartment in Hamburg, Winterhude, Himmelstraße The apartment is located in a beautiful old building on the fourth floor. The two spacious, interconnected living and dining rooms face south. The apartment is extremely bright and quiet. In the living room there is an old tiled stove that is in use and that we often used in winter. The kitchen offers enough space to eat here. There is a large refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and an induction hob. The bedroom and children's room are at the back. We look forward to your inquiries. PS: there is no elevator or parking space. In principle, however, you can park in the region without a parking ticket. We have always found a parking space so far. Meer bekijken Minder bekijken wir bieten unsere schöne , ruhige Altbauwohnung in Hamburg,, Winterhude, Himmelstraße an Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Altbauhaus im vierten Obergeschoss. Die beiden großzügigen, ineinander übergehenden Wohn -und Esszimmer sind nach Süden ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung ist extrem hell und ruhig gelegen. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein alter Kachelofen, der in Betrieb ist und den wir auch im Winter oft genutzt haben. Die Küche bietet ausreichend Platz, damit hier gegessen werden kann. Es ist ein großer Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, eine Geschirrspülmaschine und ein Induktionskochfeld vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer und das Kinderzimmer sind nach hinten belegen. Das Badezimmer ist in einer altbautypischen Größe mit einer Dusche. Wir freuen uns über eure Anfragen. PS: ein Aufzug und ein PKW Stellplatz sind nicht vorhanden. Grundsätzlich kann in der Region aber ohne Parkschein geparkt werden. Auch wir haben bisher immer ein Parkplatz gefunden. Les deux spacieux salon et salle à manger qui se rejoignent sont orientés sud. L'appartement est extrêmement lumineux et calme. Il y a un vieux poêle en faïence dans le salon qui est en service et que nous utilisons souvent en hiver. La cuisine offre suffisamment d'espace pour que vous puissiez manger ici. Il y a un grand réfrigérateur, un lave-linge, un lave-vaisselle et une plaque à induction. La chambre et la chambre des enfants se trouvent à l'arrière. La salle de bain est de taille typique d'un immeuble ancien avec une douche. Nous attendons avec impatience vos demandes. PS : il n'y a pas d'ascenseur ni de place de parking.
