This spacious apartment extends to 70 square metres and is located on the first floor, offering a living room as well as a separate bedroom. In the living room you will find a sofa corner which converts into a bed and in the adjoining loggia is a separate seating area. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and the high-quality fully equipped kitchen is of the highest standard. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed measuring 180x200cm.
