The house is located in a cul-de-sac leading through the urban forest to the adjacent fields on the heights. You rent already with one person the complete house on the ground floor with separate entrance and direct access to your own terrace, with dreamlike far view. From the fully equipped living-dining kitchen with dishwasher and with a far-reaching view of the baroque town of Blieskastel, you can access your large terrace. The bathroom on the ground floor has a walk-in shower and a large corner bathtub. The house has 3 bedrooms, two of which are on the upper floor. There is another separate bathroom with shower and toilet. From the 2nd person on, each additional person is charged with 400 Euro per month. WLAN, cable TV is of course free of charge. . Parking spaces and a parking space for bicycles are available at the house.

Sie mieten bereits mit einer Person das komplette Haus im Erdgeschoss mit separatem Eingang und direktem Zugang zur eigenen Terrasse, mit traumhaftem Weitblick. Von der voll ausgestatteten Wohn-Essküche mit Geschirrspüler und mit Weitblick auf das Barockstädtchen Blieskastel gelangen Sie auf Ihre große Terrasse. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt eine begehbare Dusche und eine große Eck-Badewanne. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer zwei davon in der oberen Etage. Dort befindet sich ein weiteres separates Bad mit Dusche und WC. Der monatliche Mietpreis gilt bei Buchung von einer Person im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus wird in dieser Zeit nicht anderweitig vermietet. Sollten Sie mit weiteren Personen anreisen finden Sie die Preise unter Regeln. WLAN, Kabel-TV ist selbstverständlich kostenlos. . Stellplätze sowie ein Abstellplatz für Fahrräder stehen am Haus zur Verfügung.
