In the heart of the wine road , in summer period, the city of Obernai organizes many tourist animations and in winter you should not miss the Christmas markets . The 64m² apartment is located at 7 rue des capucins in Obernai, you will be a few steps from the city center, shops ️ and the tourist office. It has ️ an American kitchen ( refrigerator/freezer, hotplate, oven, dishwasher, kettle, classic Nepresso coffee maker, toaster) with a central island to share your meals. ️ The living room with television is bright and opens onto the terrace. You will have the possibility to have your meals inside, but also on the terrace during the nice days. ️ On the night side, the apartment has one bedroom with a Queen size bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed . (⚠️Cet apartment is equipped with a bunk bed. The high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old). In the bathroom, there is a shower and a washing machine drying. The toilet is separate from the bathroom room. The apartment is located in a new residence, with elevator . ️ You can enjoy a garage for one car in the basement of the building. The whole house will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay: the cleaning will be done, ️ the beds will be made with clean sheets, clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen, free WIFI connection A baby cot is available on prior request and will be charged 30€ for the stay (approved for a child under 3 years and 15kg)

A 30km de Strasbourg, Obernai est la deuxième ville la plus visitée du Bas-Rhin . Au cœur de la route des vins , en période estivale, la ville d'Obernai organise de nombreuses animations touristiques et en hiver il ne faut pas manquer les marchés de Noël . L'appartement de 64m² est situé au 7 rue des capucins à Obernai, vous serez à quelques pas du centre-ville, des commerces ️ et de l'office du tourisme. Il dispose ️ d'une cuisine américaine ( réfrigérateurr/congélateur, plaque de cuisson, four, lave vaisselle, bouilloire, cafetière Nepresso classique, grille pain) avec un ilot central pour partager vos repas. ️ Le salon avec télévision est lumineux et ouvre sur la terrasse. Vous aurez la possibilité de prendre vos repas à l'intérieur, mais aussi sur la terrasse lors des beaux jours. ️ Coté nuit, l'appartement dispose d'une chambre avec un lit Queen size et une chambre avec un lit superposé . (⚠️Cet appartement est équipé d’un lit superposé. Le couchage en hauteur ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de 6ans.) Dans la salle de bain, il y a une douche et une machine à laver le linge séchant. Le wc est séparé de la salle de la salle de bain.
