We love a good townhouse here at VP and we got a very pleasant surprise when we went to visit this semi-detached one last week in the heart of La Pobla de Vallbona. A whopping 185 metres on 3 floors and all for under 200k. Ok, so the façade isn’t your classic townhouse front like you might find elsewhere but that’s because the building is only 30 years old and solid as a brick you-know-what-house. And who needs a garden when you’ve got a bloody big public park literally on your doorstep? As in, open the door, take a step, park!. . The downstairs could easily be separated from the rest of the house to be made into an individual apartment for your visitors while the 1st and 2nd floor are where you would do your day-to-day living looking out over the aforementioned park and the municipal market. The bathrooms and kitchen could probably do with a little modernising, there’s nothing wrong with them but they just have that little dated look about them. . . You have a/c and central heating throughout the house to keep you perfectly temperate year-round and a 15-minute straight shot down the motorway to Valencia, this place has a lot going for it. En VP nos encantan las buenas casas adosadas y nos llevamos una sorpresa muy agradable cuando fuimos a visitar esta casa adosada la semana pasada en el corazón de La Pobla de Vallbona. La friolera de 185 metros en 3 plantas y todo por menos de 200k. Ok, entonces la fachada no es la clásica de una casa adosada como la que podrías encontrar en otros lugares, pero eso se debe a que el edificio tiene solo 30 años y es sólido como una casa de ladrillos ya sabes qué. ¿Y quién necesita un jardín cuando tienes un enorme parque público literalmente a la vuelta de la esquina? Como en, abre la puerta, da un paso, ¡estaciona!. . La planta baja se podría separar fácilmente del resto de la casa para convertirla en un apartamento individual para sus visitantes, mientras que el primer y segundo piso son donde usted haría su vida diaria con vistas al parque antes mencionado y al mercado municipal. . A los baños y la cocina probablemente les vendría bien un poco de modernización, no tienen nada de malo, pero tienen ese aspecto un poco anticuado.. . Tienes aire acondicionado y calefacción central en toda la casa para mantenerte perfectamente templado durante todo el año y a 15 minutos por la autopista a Valencia, este lugar tiene mucho que ofrecer.
