Er is een gezamenlijke tuin met zwembad en ligstoelen, een speeltuintje en andere faciliteiten. De agriturismo ligt op een heuvel op een landgoed van 120 hectaren, met olijf- en fruitbomen en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. De ligging maakt een bezoek aan Foligno (16 km), Assisi (27 km), Spoleto (36 km), Perugia (39 km) en Rome (150 km) zeer de moeite waard. De heuvels van Umbrië zijn ook geweldig voor het maken van wandelingen, fietstochten en bezoekjes aan de prachtige oude dorpen vlakbij. Mogelijkheid tot ontbijt/lunch/diner in het in-house restaurant met typische Italiaanse en lokale gerechten en proeverij van onze eigen rode wijnen en olijfolie. In de zomer is het ook mogelijk om in de tuin onder de sterrenhemel te dineren.

Ein herrlicher Ferienbauernhof inmitten der grünen Hügellandschaft von Umbrien in einer panoramahaften Umgebung. Der Hof befindet sich in ländlicher Lage im Dorf Gualdo Cattaneo, nur 2 km von der mittelalterlichen Festung aus dem 11. Jahrhundert und der Kirche mit schönen Fresken. Die Ferienwohnung Glicine liegt neben dem Hauptgebäude mit 7 Ferienwohnungen. Im Hauptgebäude gibt es einen gemeinschaftlichen (Lese-)Saal mit Kamin und schönen Fresken. Außerdem verfügt der Hof über einen gemeinschaftlichen Garten, einen Obstgarten und Olivenhaine, wo Sie schöne Spaziergänge machen können, sowie über einen Gemeinschaftspool mit Solarium. Möglichkeit zum Frühstück/Mittagessen/Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant mit typisch italienischen und lokalen Gerichten und Verkostung unserer eigenen Rotweine und Olivenöle. Im Sommer ist es auch möglich, im Garten unter dem Sternenhimmel zu speisen.Im Haus befindet sich ein Restaurant in dem Sie zu Abend essen können.
Ubicado entre las colinas verdes, esta es una casa de campo con 2 dormitorios y un jacuzzi pagado en Gualdo Cattaneo. Hay un gran jardín compartido con un amplio espacio para permanecer al aire libre. La granja es excelente para una familia o un grupo de 5 personas. La estancia se encuentra en un área panorámica en una colina, con olivos y árboles frutales. Puede visitar fácilmente las ciudades de Foligno, Asís, Spoleto, Perugia y Roma desde aquí. Si no cocinas, un restaurante está justo al lado de la casa de campo. El centro de la ciudad con supermercados descansa a 2 km. Para un día agradable, puede estar junto a la orilla del lago a 5 km. La casa de campo tiene calefacción central para mayor comodidad. Hay un jardín compartido con piscina, parque infantil y muebles acogedores. La terraza terraza privada es un gran lugar para albergar las tardes de barbacoa con vino local. Para la recreación, el tenis de mesa y el equipo de futbol de mesa están presentes. Una cama para niños y una silla alta se proporcionan a petición. El aparcamiento está disponible. Posibilidad de desayuno/comida/cena en el restaurante de la casa con platos típicos italianos y locales y degustación de nuestros propios vinos tintos y aceite de oliva.
