'Seasong' est une maison de plage exécutive contemporaine et élégante. Il y a 7 chambres, 5 salles de bains et une grande salle de réception ouverte à double hauteur s’étendant sur toute la largeur de la maison donnant sur la mer. 'Seasong' bénéficie d’une position isolée unique sur le front de mer sur la populaire plage de Tankerton avec un accès direct depuis la porte arrière sur un court chemin menant à la plage. 'Seasong' est réparti sur trois étages. En entrant par la porte d’entrée, vous pouvez voir jusqu’à la mer, passé la cuisine à double hauteur qui donne sur les jardins. Avec un coin confortable sur le côté droit avec cheminée et poêle à bois et doubles portes de style Crittall qui mènent au coin salon de la cuisine. La cuisine ouverte vous mène à une vaste buanderie avec des armoires sur mesure pour le rangement. Il y a aussi une autre pièce de rangement, un bureau séparé utile et des toilettes invités. Le premier étage dispose de quatre chambres doubles avec vue sur la mer, dont une avec salle de bains. Les deux chambres du troisième étage disposent d’une salle de bains privative et d’une vue sur la mer. L’accès à la plage se fait par le jardin sur un petit sentier qui vous emmène directement à la mer. L’avant de Seasong surplombe le château de Whitstable et se trouve également à quelques mètres de Tankerton Slopes, qui sont des pelouses au sommet d’une falaise qui roulent doucement vers la mer et offrent d’excellentes vues sur « The Street » - une langue de terre formée naturellement qui s’étend dans la mer et peut être parcourue à marée basse.
