In front of us opens the first of three terraces, all facing south, all with breathtaking views. The first one is ideal for more intimate dining while the second one, next to the modern kitchen, for a morning breakfast. But we are not satisfied and we want to surprise our friends, who have come to visit us for an aperitif and dinner. We take them upstairs, to the most incredible terrace in the house and perhaps in the whole of Venice: twenty-five square metres of incredible views, from dawn to dusk, three hundred and sixty degrees over the whole city. Et si l'intérieur, avec ses deux chambres et ses deux salles de bains, promet confort et luxe, c'est à l'extérieur que cette propriété révèle sa véritable essence. Devant nous s'ouvre la première des trois terrasses, toutes orientées au sud, avec une vue à couper le souffle : la Terrasse Est, parfaite pour un dîner en toute intimité. Di fronte a noi si apre la prima delle tre terrazze, tutte a sud, tutte con vista mozzafiato: la terrazza d’oriente, perfetta per una cena più intima. Vicino alla moderna cucina, completa di ogni confort ad attenderci ecco la terrazza di ponente, perfetta per la colazione mattutina allietata dal verso dei gabbiani. Ma non ci accontentiamo e vogliamo stupire gli amici, accorsi a visitarci per un aperitivo e una cena. Li conduciamo al piano superiore, alla terrazza più incredibile della casa e forse di tutta Venezia: venticinque metri quadri di vista incredibile, dall’alba al tramonto, a trecentosessanta gradi su tutta la città. La festa si protrae e offriamo ai nostri amici la comoda dependance al piano terra, completa del suo bagno e della stessa incredibile vista. Possedere questo angolo di Venezia significa avere un luogo in cui ogni tramonto diventa una sinfonia di colori e ogni alba una promessa di nuove meraviglie.
