Tornando all’ingresso scopriamo la cucina completa in acciaio affacciata sul Campo e il luminosissimo bar dove rilassarsi con gli amici apprezzando il profumo dei gelsomini. Una lavanderia con tutti gli optional e il bagno degli ospiti completano il piano. Salendo le eleganti scale in marmo e legno arriviamo al primo piano della casa. La prima camera ci conduce a una ampia terrazza con doppio affaccio, ideale magari dopo una sessione di sport nella camera contigua e un rilassante bagno. La camera padronale è semplicemente spettacolare, provvista di un'ampia e luminosa cabina armadio ampliata da stupende capriate e un maestoso bagno con jacuzzi, doccia e terrazza sul verde. Finiamo il nostro percorso al secondo e ultimo piano della nostra meravigliosa proprietà, visitando l’elegante studio e un bagno in legno, luogo di ristoro ideale con una doccia e una sauna dopo una lunga giornata immersi nella magia di Venezia.Il sestiere di San Polo, si trova in posizione centrale, nel cuore di Venezia. Ci troviamo nei pressi del Campo dei Frari e nelle vicinanze di Campo S. Polo e Rialto, una location ricercata e comoda anche per i mezzi di trasporto e a pochi minuti da Piazzale Roma e dalla Ferrovia.La storicità di questi luoghi si respira anche nella sua curiosa toponomastica, “Carampana” infatti richiama gli anni della Repubblica quando l’edificio (Ca’ -casa) che ospita l’attuale ristorante apparteneva alla famiglia patrizia Rampani. Ancor più curioso il celebre Ponte delle Tette, sempre nella zona: un racconto dal sapore boccaccesco narra che, in passato, si sporgessero da lì donne attraenti con i seni scoperti! This impressive villa is located in the heart of Venice, between Rialto and Campo San Polo, in Rio Terà de le Carampane. The imposing main doorstep opens onto the large private garden which evocates convivial dinners under the Venetian sky. On the ground floor of this wonderful detached house we find the living area: here we can immediately admire the elegant floorings, inspired by those created by the Venetian architect Carlo Scarpa with a mosaic made up of Murano glass tiles, marble with curved lines and top quality finishes. The spacious living room leads us to the beautiful dining room with a panoramic view and access to the garden. Going back to the entrance we find the equipped kitchen overlooking the Campo and the very bright bar area where you can relax with friends while appreciating the scent of jasmine. A full-optional laundry room and the guest bathroom complete the floor. A peculiar marble and wood staircase welcomes us to the first floor of the house. The first bedroom features a large double-facing terrace, ideal perhaps after a sport session in the adjoining bedroom and a relaxing bath. The master bedroom is simply spectacular, equipped with a spacious and bright walk-in closet with beautiful exposed wooden beams ceilings and a majestic bathroom with jacuzzi, shower and terrace overlooking the garden. On the second and top floor of this marvelous property we finally find an elegant studio, a wooden bathroom with shower and sauna, the ideal place to rest after a long day immersed in the magic of Venice.The San Polo district is centrally located in the heart of Venice. We are located near Campo dei Frari and in the vicinity of Campo S. Polo and Rialto, a sought-after and convenient location also for means of transport and just a few minutes from Piazzale Roma and the railway.The historicity of these places can also be felt in its curious toponymy, "Carampana" in fact recalls the years of the Republic when the building (Ca' -"Casa" house) that houses the current restaurant belonged to the patrician Rampani family. Even more curious is the famous Ponte delle Tette, also in the area: a tale with a Boccaccio flavor tells that, in the past, attractive women with their breasts uncovered leaned out of there!
