The accommodation consists of a main room that houses the living room with a sofa bed, TV and dining table, as well as the open and integrated kitchen, fully equipped. The biggest attraction lies in a large terrace with fantastic views, where at sunset a magical atmosphere is created with the setting sun. If the arrival of guests takes place after 9:00 p.m., a supplement of €30 will be charged for late check-in.
The accommodation has air conditioning in the main room, televisions both in the living room and in the bedroom, as well as a private WiFi network (Fiber optic 300MB) and free for the exclusive use of guests.
Please be very careful with the set of keys and pool card provided to guests, as their loss will imply an additional cost for guests for their replacement.
IMPORTANT! Guests are requested not to touch or manipulate the control keyboard of the home's alarm system. The alarm will remain deactivated during reservations, it is only activated when the house is unoccupied and closed. If the control panel is tampered with and the system is misconfigured, the guest is responsible for the cost that may be incurred.
In accordance with current regulations, it will be necessary for ALL clients to provide a copy of the ID / passport upon arrival at the accommodation to fill out the traveler registration part. They will not be able to stay if they do not provide their documentation.

Con este alojamiento buscamos no solo proporcionar a los huéspedes un espacio realmente confortable, sino una experiencia durante su estancia con la que superar sus expectativas.El complejo es muy tranquilo y se encuentra bien cuidado y atendido con mantenimiento diario. Cuenta con jardines, dos piscinas de diferentes formas y tamaños, y una piscina para niños, todas rodeadas por zona de solarium con hamacas y duchas exteriores. El complejo dispone de bar en la piscina.
Si la llegada de los huéspedes tiene lugar después de las 21:00 se cobrará un suplemento de 30€ para el late check-in.

¡IMPORTANTE! Se ruega a los huéspedes no tocar ni manipular el teclado de control del sistema de Alarma de la vivienda. La alarma permanecerá desactivada durante las reservas, tan sólo se activa cuando la vivienda está desocupada y cerrada. Si se manipula el panel de control y se desconfigura el sistema el huésped se hace responsable del coste que pueda acarrear.
Conforme a la normativa vigente, será necesario que TODOS los clientes faciliten copia del DNI/pasaporte a la llegada al alojamiento para rellenar el parte de registro de viajeros. No podrán alojarse si no facilitan su documentación.
