Tiene un hermoso salón, con unos ventanales que permiten que la luz del sol entre directamente, se mantiene a una temperatura muy agradable, pueden pasar tiempo en el sofá, tomar algo, leer un libro o estudiar.
Tenemos cocina equipada con todo lo necesario , cafetera, cubiertos, platos, y mas.
Si usted necesita algo más puede solicitarlo.
El baño es un plato de ducha , agua fría y caliente.Tenemos 3 habitaciones, todas con ventanas al exterior, armarios y si lo solicita se puede poner escritorio en cada una de ellas con su silla giratoria.Las habitaciones tienen mucha ventilación.Estamos en un tercer piso, sin ascensor, pero tenemos servicio de maletero.En general el barrio es muy tranquilo, así como la comunidad de vecinos.
Servicios : Maletero : Si usted tiene mucho equipaje puede solicitar el servicio de maletero, este debe reservarse con mínimo 48 horas de antelación.
Precio : 5 euros por persona.Guarderia de mascotas : Tenemos asociados a nuestro alquiler el cuidado y atención de su mascota en caso de que vengas con ella, la recogeremos a tu llegada y la llevaremos a un apartamento para que esté tranquila y cómoda, tu puedes visitarla y llevarla a pasear cada vez que quieras, estará muy cerca de ti.

Precio : 10 euros la noche.Lavado y planchado : Tenemos máquina de lavado en el apartamento y una plancha(uso gratuito) pero si deseas no preocuparte por eso, puedes pedir servicio de plancha y lavado, tenemos personal que se encarga de recoger toda tu ropa y entregártela planchada y limpia en 24 horas.
La ropa de cama y toallas se cambian a cargo de nosotros, totalmente gratis.Actividades : Puedes reservar un tour privado por la ciudad así como rutas de senderismo.
