Please, respect the common zones in the building and the resting times of the neighbourhood between 10pm – 9am. El apartamento está situado en la primera planta, accesible SOLO EN ESCALERAS; El apartamento tiene un patio privado, la gran terraza no es exclusiva del piso, pero los clientes la pueden usar. Cerca del centro histórico, 3 minutos andando desde de la Plaza de la Merced, 10 minutos de la Calle Larios; supermercados y restaurantes alrededores. Ideal para familias o pequeños grupos. • Dormitorio 2: También dispone de una cama de matrimonio de 150 cm, un baño completo ensuite y split AC.

• Aparte del apartamento, los huéspedes tienen acceso a dos terrazas en las azoteas que son compartidas con el resto del edificio.
• No hay lavadora en el piso, pero en el edificio hay una lavandería que funciona con monedas.
• Hay parking en el edificio con un coste adicional de 15€/noche, HAY QUE RESERVAR CON ANTELACIÓN.
• Las mascostas son bienvenidas, pero hay un cargo extra de 10€ por estancia y animal. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
