There is only air conditioning in the living room.The property is best utilized by tenants with a car. There is a bus to Fuengirola from the urbanisation but it is infrequent.Due to an Andalucia-wide drought, the community swimming pool is currently closed. It will open as soon as the rules change. This will be the same for all rentals in the region.The house is on the market to be sold & once we have secured a buyer we will communicate the notice period to tenants but it is likely to take a couple of months for the property to close.Tenants are required to keep the property in a tidy state for viewings. 24 hours notice will be given for viewings and tenants will be asked to vacate for 15 minutes during viewings.
