C'era una volta, una piccola casa all'interno di un podere con un meraviglioso giardino.In un particolare contesto condominiale circondato da un parco di tre ettari fra un albero e l'altro si potevano vedere nuotare i pesci rossi fra le ninfee e proseguendo il percorso ci si poteva imbattere in una grande piscina che lasciava tutti senza fiato. La piscina era elegante e circondata da bellissimi cipressi, fra i cipressi sorgeva una grande veranda con una imponente capriata che era adibita a zona delle feste... Ma la casa, la casa era circondata dal verde e a guardarla da fuori con le sue bianche finestre appariva romantica ed accogliente. Ed in effetti varcando la soglia si capiva di essere entrati in un posto magico.La sala con la sua bella porta a finestra che affaccia sul giardino ha i pavimenti in cotto e le bianche pareti erano rustiche ed irregolari. Un camino accanto alla cucina avrà scaldato le sere d'inverno. Ad affacciarsi sulla sala una mansarda inondata di luce. Le camere da letto entrambe matrimoniali ed i bagni attigui alle camere offrivano senza dubbio una grande privacy. La cucina in muratura funzionale e meravigliosamente incastonata nella zona living con accanto il camino avrà sfornato meravigliosi pranzetti ai fortunati abitanti di questa dimora. Il pavimento di cotto antico, i soffitti di travi e mezzane riportati nella ristrutturazione al loro antico splendore, lasciano inalterati i caratteri tipicamente toscani.
