Das komplett sanierte Studio ist hell, modern und gemütlich im skandinavischen Stil eingerichtet und liegt direkt am See. Es ist aufgeteilt in einen Wohn/Schlafbereich, einem großzügigen Tisch mit 6 Stühlen, den man bequem und ohne Platznot auch noch vergrößern kann ,um dann noch eine extra Arbeitsfläche zu haben, einer Küche mit großen Fenstern, Bad mit Fenster und Terrasse. Das Futonbett läßt sich tagsüber bei Bedarf schnell in ein Sofa verwandeln und ergibt dann mit dem zusätzlichen Sessel eine gemütliche Sitzecke, mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Ammersee. Durch den Garten ist ein direkter Zugang zum See vorhanden. Der große Küchenbereich lädt förmlich zum gemütlichen kochen ein, Küchenutensilien und sämtliche Gerätschaften sind natürlich vorhanden um sogar für eine etwas größere Runde kulinarische Köstlichkeiten zu fabrizieren. Das Studio eignet sich sehr gut für 1-2 Personen und hat eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.
