We are looking for a friendly temporary roommate for our house (ideally for 3-8 months). A separate entrance with a newly constructed fireproof exterior staircase has been built and equipped with appropriate lighting. Internet, electricity, water, heating costs, and waste disposal are included in the additional costs and are billed as a flat rate. The roof terrace is 25 sqm and faces southwest. During the day, you get plenty of sun and can also enjoy the sunset. The building itself was constructed in 2011, so the apartment is new, modern, without sloping ceilings, and ideal for singles and couples. There is a fitted kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, oven, dishwasher, and espresso coffee machine. Also, basic kitchen utensils such as dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, and pans are available. Most of the furniture, including the bed, mattress, blanket, pillows, couch, and wardrobe, is completely unused and was newly purchased for the rental. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Tagsüber hat man die meiste Zeit Sonne und bekommt auch den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen. Das Gebäude selbst wurde 2011 erbaut. Die Wohnung ist dementsprechend neu, modern eingerichtet, ohne Dachschrägen und ideal für Singles. Es ist eine Einbauküche mit Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Spülmaschine und Espresso Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Ebenfalls Basis-Küchenutensilien wie Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck und Töpfe und Pfannen. Die meisten Möbel u.a. Bett, Matratze, Decke, Kissen, Couch und Kleiderschrank sind komplett unbenutzt und wurden für die Vermietung neu angeschafft. Auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.
