Hello, For 2 years we have lovingly renovated and furnished an old railroad keeper's cottage in the middle of the forest. Now we had a heart attack and we think we should travel the world for a very long time. We don't want to leave the cottage empty for so long because it won't get any better. But we don't want any strange permanent tenants that we can't get out or people who don't appreciate the lovely house. Because of an allergy. We also don't want any animals or smokers ....Ups.... many demands. But the house offers everything that someone who needs nature and peace and quiet needs. Something special for special people. Rental period approx. 1 year or by arrangement. The cottage is on the edge of the Black Forest in 721i2 Sulz Fischingen. (700 m away from the village on the Neckar) There is nothing going on except a bakery and a rustic Baiz. All stores are 5 km away in Sulz or 9 km away in Horb. The highway is 4 KM away in Empfingen.

Hallo, mit viel Liebe haben wir 2 Jahre lang ein altes Bahnwärterhäusle mitten im Wald umgebaut und eingerichtet. Nun kam ein Herzinfarkt und wir denken, dass wir etwas sehr lang in die Welt reisen sollten. Das Häusle wollen wir nicht so lange leer stehen lassen, weil es davon nicht besser wird. Wir wollen aber keine komischen Dauermieter, die wir nicht mehr rauskriegen oder Leute,, die das liebevolle Haus nicht schätzen. Wegen einer Allergie wolle. Wir auch keine Tiere und keine Raucher ....Ups....viele Ansprüche. Dafür bietet das Häusle aber alles, was jemand der Natur und Ruhe braucht. Was Besonderes für besondere Menschen. Vermietdauer ca 1 Jahr oder nach Absprache. Das Häusle steht am Rand des Schwarzwalds in 721i2 Sulz Fischingen. ( 700 m vom Ort weg am Neckar) Dort ist außer einem Bäcker und einer rustikalen Baiz nix los. Alle Geschäfte gibt es im 5 Km entfernten Sulz oder im 9 km entfernten Horb. Die Autobahn ist 4 KM weg in Empfingen.
