Zum Marktplatz sind es ca. 3 Minuten fußläufig, dort sind Gasthäuser, Restaurants, Eiscafe und die wichtigsten Versorgungseinrichtungen vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet, Geschirr, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind genauso vorhanden, wie Flachbildfernseher, Stereoanlage,Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenso vorhanden.
