The apartment consists of: - a bright lounge area with a sofa and television, - a dining kitchen area, fully equipped, open to the living room (hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher), - a bright bedroom with 2 single beds - a bathroom with shower, wc and washing machine, - a balcony with a table and two chairs complete the apartment. Close to Porte de l'Hôpital stop with tram A and D Close to Saint Nicolas stop with buses: 10, N1 and N3. The Saint Nicolas and Austerlitz car parks will be close to the apartment if you come by car. This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional €250 cleaning charge penalty.
