Lovely and quietly located corridor house (very specific to Luebeck) on Luebeck's Old Town Island. The furnished townhouse is located in a quiet corridor in the Engelsgrube. The house has two floors and is approx. 34 sqm in size. You enter the house via a small anteroom (vestibule) with a (clothes) wardrobe and a storage room, which houses, among other things, the gas, water and electricity meters as well as the distributor for the internet connection. The open-plan kitchen/living room is located on the ground floor. The kitchen area is separated from the living area by a stepped shelf. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dining and cooking utensils, dining table, two chairs. Oven with ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, refrigerator, sink and washing machine complete the kitchen equipment. A coffee/espresso machine and a toaster are also part of the equipment. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa with stool and a 32" Android SmartTV. High-speed internet with Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The lower level has tiled floors and is heated with underfloor heating. In addition, there are radiators on all levels and rooms, which are heated by the gas boiler, just like the underfloor heating. A solid wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. There you will find the bedroom and study with floorboards. The room is equipped with a sofa bed and coat rack as well as a working area for the home office with desk and chair (the sofa bed and desk are missing in the pictures). Two windows provide sufficient light. A ladder leads to the sleeping alcove with a comfortable mattress (140x200) and a wall shelf. The bathroom has a washbasin with vanity unit and mirror cabinet as well as a WC and a shower with shower cubicle. A separate window ensures optimal ventilation. The upper floor and the sleeping alcove have sloping roofs, so that the floor space is larger. The entire house is very bright, as unlike the other Lübeck old town corridors, there are no opposite buildings with corridor houses. The ceilings have the typical wooden beams of an old town house, which gives the house additional flair. In front of the house there is a table with two chairs to enjoy the peace and quiet of the old town in the sun. Bed linen and towels are provided once at the beginning of the tenancy. Location The idyllic old town hall is located in the north-western part of the old town island of Lübeck's city centre. Through the upper part of the Engelsgrube you reach the pedestrian zone (Breite Straße) with all possibilities to cover your extended daily needs. The rest of the city centre is within easy walking distance, as are public transport stops. The lower part of Engelsgrube leads to the Trave River with its cosy corners where you can relax. There are also public parking facilities here.

Traumhaftes und ruhig gelegenes Ganghaus auf der Lübecker Altstadtinsel auf Zeit. Das möblierte Ganghaus befindet sich in einem ruhig gelegenen Gang in der Engelsgrube. Das Haus hat zwei Etagen und ist ca. 34qm groß. Das Haus betritt man über einen kleinen Vorraum (Windfang) mit (Kleider-)Einbauschrank und einer Abstellkammer, die u.a. den Gas-, Wasser- und Stromzähler beherbergt sowie den Verteiler für den Internetanschluss. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die offen gestaltete Wohnküche. Der Küchenbereich ist vom Wohnbereich durch einen Stufenregal getrennt. Die Küchenzeile ist voll ausgestattet mit Ess- und Kochgeschirr, Esstisch, zwei Stühle. Backofen mit Ceranfeld, Dunstabzugshaube, Kühlschrank, Spüle und Waschmaschine komplettieren die Kücheneinrichtung. Auch eine Kaffee-/Espressomaschine sowie ein Toaster gehören zur Ausstattung. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich ein gemütliches Sofa mit Beistellhocker sowie ein 32" Android SmartTV. High-Speed Internet mit WLAN ist im ganzen Haus verfügbar. Die untere Ebene ist mit Fliesenboden ausgestattet und wird mit einer Fußbodenheizung geheizt. Zusätzlich gibt es auf allen Ebenen und Zimmern Heizkörper, die wie die Fußbodenheizung über die Gastherme beheizt werden. Eine solide Holztreppe führt in das Obergeschoss.
