Welcome to your accommodation "Auszeit im Bergblick Paradies" in the heart of the Oberallgäu, which offers you everything you need for a wonderful stay: → Starting point to beautiful mountains and deep blue lakes → Balcony with panoramic mountain view, barbecue and seating area → free parking in front of the house → Smart TV with NETFLIX, Prime and the YouTube app → Free Wi-Fi → 2 bedrooms with 4 comfortable beds → a comfortable sofa bed in the living room → Kitchen with appliances for carefree autonomy Accommodation This noble mountain view apartment was newly renovated and furnished by me and my family with a lot of heart and soul in 2022 and awaits you with great facilities, a large balcony and can accommodate 5 people. The ideal place to relax and enjoy the nature of the Allgäu. You park right outside the entrance and use the stairs to enter the apartment without a key using a code. A 60 square meter apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen awaits you. You can start your day with complimentary filtered coffee or tea and enjoy all of this apartment's great amenities, including the balcony with electric grill, seating areas, and stunning mountain views. From every window in the apartment you have a view of a different mountain :-) The "large" bedroom has a comfortable 1.80 m double bed. One is equipped with two beds, which can theoretically also be pushed together. In the living room you will find a large dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people and a comfortable sitting area with a sofa, an armchair, a smart TV and an electric fireplace. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with a stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher and everything you need to cook delicious meals. You will also find packed lunches for your hikes (please bring them back!). The bathroom even has a bathtub and also has a washing machine. Of course we provide clean towels. Access for guests You have the whole apartment at your disposal. Make yourself at home!

Der perfekte Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und die Natur des Allgäus zu genießen. Du parkst direkt vorm Eingang und gelangst über die Treppe direkt schlüssellos per Code in die Wohnung. Dich erwartet eine 60 Quadratmeter Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad, Wohnzimmer und Küche. Du kannst deinen Tag mit gratis Filter-Kaffee oder Tee beginnen und all die schönen Annehmlichkeiten dieser Wohnung genießen, inklusive des Balkons mit Elektro-Grill, Sitzbereichen und atemberaubender Aussicht auf die Berge. Aus jedem Fenster der Wohnung hast du Blick auf einen anderen Berg :-) Das „große“ Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein gemütliches 1,80m Doppelbett. Eines ist mit zwei Betten ausgestattet, die man theoretisch auch zusammenschieben kann. Im Wohnzimmer findest du einen großen Essbereich für bis zu 6 Personen sowie einen gemütlichen Sitzbereich mit einem Sofa, Sessel, Smart-TV und Elektro-Kaminheizung. Die Küche ist natürlich voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Spülmaschine und allem was du sonst brauchst um lecker zu kochen. Brotzeitboxen für deine Wanderungen findest du auch (bitte zurückbringen!). Das Badezimmer ist sogar mit Badewanne ausgestattet und verfügt auch über eine Waschmaschine. Natürlich stellen wir frische Handtücher zur Verfügung. Zugang für Gäste Dir steht die gesamte Wohnung zur Verfügung. Fühl dich ganz wie zu Hause!

L'endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la nature de l'Allgäu. Vous vous garez juste devant l'entrée et utilisez les escaliers pour entrer dans l'appartement sans clé à l'aide d'un code. Un appartement de 60 mètres carrés avec 2 chambres, salle de bain, salon et cuisine vous attend. Vous pouvez commencer votre journée avec du café ou du thé filtre gratuit et profiter de toutes les belles commodités de cet appartement, y compris le balcon avec gril électrique, des coins salons et une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. De chaque fenêtre de l'appartement, vous avez une vue sur une montagne différente :-) La "grande" chambre dispose d'un confortable lit double de 1,80 m. L'une est équipée de deux lits, qui peuvent théoriquement aussi être rapprochés. Dans le salon, vous trouverez une grande salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes et un coin salon confortable avec un canapé, un fauteuil, une télévision connectée et une cheminée électrique. La cuisine est bien sûr entièrement équipée avec une cuisinière, un réfrigérateur, un four, un lave-vaisselle et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner de délicieux plats. Vous trouverez également des paniers repas pour vos randonnées (merci de les rapporter !). La salle de bain a même une baignoire et dispose également d'une machine à laver. Bien sûr, nous fournissons des serviettes propres. Accès pour les invités Vous avez tout l'appartement à votre disposition. Fais comme chez toi!
