There is 100 m2 of wooden terrace around the pool and it is also surrounded by about 100 m2 of grass. The private salt pool measuring 10 x 4 m, with a minimum depth of 1.10 and a maximum depth of 1.85, is magnificent in the middle of nature. In the pool area there are four hammocks for sunbathing. A great advantage is that the owners provide pool towels for our guests. The little ones in the family will find several games for the pool and they will surely not want to get out of the water. Just outside the living room you will find a private terrace with garden furniture to enjoy great evenings with your family and friends. It also has a barbecue for cooking lovers. The 140 m2 house distributed over 2 floors has 3 bedrooms, all of them on the 1st floor with views of the countryside or the mountains. 2 of them are equipped with 2 single beds each, and 1 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, on the 1st floor there is another bathroom with a shower, and on the ground floor you will find 1 toilet. There is availability for 1 crib. Je nach Saison können Sie die Zitronen zum eigenen Verzehr pflücken. Legen Sie eine Ruhepause ein und lassen Sie sich auf einer der 4 Sonnenliegen von der Sonne verwöhnen. Die Eigentümer bieten unseren Gästen auch Poolhandtücher an. Die Kinder können solange auf dem Rasen toben und mit verschiedensten Spielsachen im Pool ihre Zeit verbringen. Danach sorgen alle zusammen sorgen am mobilen Grill für das Essen. Gegessen wird auf der möblierten Terrasse um anschließend den Abend gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Über 2 Etagen verteilen sich 140 m2 Wohnfläche. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer befinden sich in der ersten Etage mit Blick auf die Landschaft und Berge. 2 Schlafzimmer sind mit je 2 Einzelbetten eingerichtet. La piscina privada de sal con 10 x 4 m, con una profundidad mínima de 1.10 y una profundidad máxima de 1.85, es magnífica en medio de la naturaleza. En la zona de la piscina hay cuatro hamacas para tomar el sol. Una gran ventaja es que los propietarios facilitan toallas de piscina para nuestros huéspedes. Los pequeños de la familia encuentran varios juegos para la piscina y seguro que no querrán salir del agua. Justo a la salida del salón comedor encontrará una terraza privada con mobiliario de jardín para disfrutar de grandes veladas junto a sus familiares y amigos. También cuenta con una barbacoa para los amantes de la cocina. La casa de 140 m2 distribuidos en 2 plantas, cuenta con 3 habitaciones, todas ellas en la 1ª planta con vistas al campo o a las montañas. 2 de ellas están equipadas con 2 camas individuales cada una, y 1 cuenta con una cama de matrimonio y baño en suite con ducha. Cada viernes hay mercado en la plaza mayor, donde podrá comprar frutas y verduras de los agricultores locales. En Alaró podréis encontrar todo tipo de comercios: banco, farmacia, restaurantes y bares. Orient es un pequeño pueblo entre las montañas a pocos kilómetros de Alaró. Las playas quedan a pocos kilómetros del pueblo, ya que en media hora es fácil llegar a varias de ellas. Wokół basenu znajduje się drewniany taras o powierzchni 100 m2, otoczony trawą o powierzchni około 100 m2. Prywatny basen solny o wymiarach 10 x 4 m, o minimalnej głębokości 1,10 i maksymalnej głębokości 1,85, jest wspaniały pośród natury. Na terenie basenu znajdują się cztery hamaki do opalania. Dużym atutem jest to, że właściciele udostępniają naszym gościom ręczniki kąpielowe. Najmłodsi w rodzinie znajdą kilka zabaw na basen i z pewnością nie będą chcieli wychodzić z wody. Tuż za salonem znajduje się prywatny taras z meblami ogrodowymi, na którym można miło spędzić wieczory z rodziną i przyjaciółmi. Posiada również grill dla miłośników gotowania. The exteriors are fantastic. There is a beautiful garden with a lemon tree, from which you can catch fresh lemons in season, a 100 m2 wooden deck around the pool, which at the same time is surrounded by 100 m2 of lawn. The private saltwater pool of 10 x 4 m (with 1.1 m at the shallow end increasing to 1.85 m at the deep end), located in the middle of nature, is superb. In the pool area there are four loungers for sunbathing. The house owners will leave pool towels for our guests. Kids will find some toys for playing in the pool. Just off the living-dining room you will find a private terrace with garden furniture to enjoy great evenings with family and friends. It also has a barbecue. The house of 140 m2 is distributed over two levels. It has three bedrooms on the first floor, overlooking the countryside or the mountains. Two of them are twin-bedded, and one is double-bedded and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is another bathroom with a shower on the first floor, and a toilet on the ground floor. A cot is available if needed. The living room, very bright, has a sofa and two armchairs perfect for reading a good book, watching satellite TV, or just relaxing. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people. The separate kitchen includes a glass-ceramic hob and is equipped with all utensils you need to cook comfortably while on holiday. Our youngest guests will find some toys in the house; they will enjoy a lot! There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is A/C in all bedrooms, in the sitting-dining room, in the kitchen and in 1 bathroom. The centre of Alaró is close to the house. Alaró is a small charming village in the middle of the Serra de Tramuntana, where you can enjoy the genuine Mallorca. Several hiking trails leave from the village towards the Serra de Tramuntana. The Castell de Alaró is a wonderful old fortress that you can see from the house and worth the trip to admire the view of the island. Every Friday a market is held in the main square, where you can buy fruits and vegetables from local farmers. In Alaró you will find all facilities possible: banks, shops, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. Orient is a small beautiful village in the mountains a few kilometres away from Alaró. The beaches are a few kilometres from the village, easy to reach in half an hour. No parking at the house, but there is the possibility to park in the street or in a public car park just 150 m from the house. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
