This 1-bedroom holiday home in Lazise features a shared swimming pool to take a dip and is ideal for a family or group of 4. Set amidst peaceful surroundings, the home is close to the lake. The complex and the surrounding area: Between 1999 and 2001, a new residential area was built for permanent residence, but with several beautiful pools, in a very individual architectural style. The location is quiet but central, only 800 m from the lake and from the old town walls of Lazise, reachable on foot in a few minutes. In the village (Lazise), there are several shops, restaurants, and pizzerias. The center is 5 minutes away (on foot). Gardaland (Italy's largest amusement park) is less than 10 10-minute drive away. Verona is 30 minutes away, Venice is 1.5 hours away, and Milan is 1 hour and 45 minutes away. Each residential unit has its own garage or parking space. Because the apartments are in different parts of the complex and therefore do not all use the same swimming pool, these apartments are not suitable for large families and groups of young people. Despite the size, it is a quiet area.

Die Anlage und die Umgebung: Zwischen 1999 und 2001 wurde ein neuer Ortsteil gebaut fuer ständige Bewohnung, jedoch mit mehreren schönen Pools, in einem sehr individuellen architektonischen Stil. Die Lage ist ruhig aber zentral, auf nur 800 m Abstand vom See und von den Altstadtmauern von Lazise, zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Jede Wohneinheit hat seine eigene Garage oder Parkplatz. Weil die Ferienwohnungen in verschiedenen Teilen der Anlage liegen und deswegen nicht alle dasselbe Schwimmbad benutzen, sind diese Wohnungen nicht geeignet für Grossfamilien und Jugendgruppen. Trotz der Grösse also eine ruhige Anlage. Im Dorf (Lazise) gibt es mehrere Geschäfte, Restaurants und Pizzerias. Das Zentrum ist 5 Minuten entfernt (zu Fuß). Gardaland (der größte Vergnügungspark Italiens) ist weniger als 10 Autominuten entfernt. Verona ist 30 Minuten entfernt, Venedig 1,5 Stunden und Mailand 1 Stunde 45 Minuten.

Ubicada en un entorno tranquilo, la casa está cerca del lago. El complejo y sus alrededores: Entre 1999 y 2001, se construyó una nueva zona residencial para residencia permanente, con varias piscinas hermosas y un estilo arquitectónico muy particular. La ubicación es tranquila pero céntrica, a solo 800 m del lago y de las antiguas murallas de Lazise, a las que se puede llegar a pie en pocos minutos. En el pueblo de Lazise hay varias tiendas, restaurantes y pizzerías. El centro está a 5 minutos a pie. Gardaland (el parque de atracciones más grande de Italia) está a menos de 10 minutos en coche. Verona está a 30 minutos, Venecia a 1,5 horas y Milán a 1 hora y 45 minutos. Cada unidad residencial dispone de su propio garaje o plaza de aparcamiento. Il Bilocale si trova in un piccolo villaggio residenziale costruito tra il 1999 ed il 2001 in stile architettonico molto individuale, con ogni tipologia abitativa e tre magnifiche piscine con zona-bambini, in ottima posizione a soli 400 m dalle mura di Lazise e dal lago. La felice posizione permette di raggiungere il centro a piedi in 5 minuti circa. Ogni unità ha il proprio garage. Affitto settimanale di piccoli appartamenti per vacanza, adatti ad una famiglia con 2 bambini, con terrazza e piccolo giardino proprio. Il bilocale è di tipo B al primo piano, adatto a 2-4 persone, con soggiorno, angolo cottura e divano-letto matrimoniale, balcone verso sud, camera con letto matrimoniale e piccolo balcone verso nord, bagno con doccia. Arredamento semplice ma moderno, frigo grande, lavatrice, TV satellitare, tenda da sole, garage chiuso. Quasi tutti gli appartamenti di questo piccolo gruppo di 24 appartamenti sono usati dai proprietari stessi. Sono ammessi Piccoli cani. Attenzione: la piscina non si può usare tra le 13:00 e le 15:00. L'accesso è permesso solo con cuffia per piscina e sono vietati oggetti galleggianti voluminosi

Uwaga: rezerwacji na ten obiekt można dokonywać tylko w okresie od piątku do piątku. Basen może być zamknięty w godzinach 13-15 (kąpiel tylko w czepku i bez nadmuchiwanych przedmiotów).
