I bring you today an investment hypothesis. A land with 26 500 m2, completely flat, located next to the EN 118 in the place of Areia belonging to the Union of the parishes of Alvega and Concavada.

I'm not an investor, but I can give you some ideas:

- The filling of a gap in the region, the creation of a rest park for these vehicles with the installation of a support infrastructure with cafeteria service, and eventually meal service;
- Creation of a parking lot for motorhomes eventually with some support infrastructure;
- It is not insignificant to consider the possibility, through the submission of the competent application addressed to the Municipality of Abrantes, given that the space in question is linked to the urban network of the village of Areia, to request the change of allocation to urban in whole or in part. This is without any kind of guarantee, of course;

Trago-lhe hoje uma hipótese de investimento. Um terreno com 26 500 m2, completamente plano, situado junto à EN 118 no lugar de Areia pertencente à União das freguesias de Alvega e Concavada.

Não sou investidor, mas posso dar-lhe algumas ideias:
- Instalação de um posto de abastecimento de combustíveis com rentabilidade garantida dado ser a EN 118 um eixo viário com um volume de tráfego muito significativo. Sobretudo veículos pesados que se dirigem para Leste em direção à vizinha Espanha;
- O preenchimento de uma lacuna na região, a criação de um parque de descanso para esses veículos com a instalação de uma infraestrutura de apoio com serviço de cafetaria, e eventualmente serviço de refeições;
- Criação de um parque para estacionamento de autocaravanas eventualmente com alguma infraestrutura de apoio;
- Não é despiciendo considerar a possibilidade de, através da apresentação do competente requerimento dirigido à Câmara Municipal de Abrantes, dado o espaço em apreço estar ligado à malha urbana da povoação de Areia, poder solicitar a mudança de afetação para urbano no todo ou em parte. Isto sem qualquer tipo de garantia evidentemente;
