* Independent heating Meer bekijken Minder bekijken Rango ist eine mehr als friedliche Wahl für diejenigen, die sich entspannen möchten, angesichts der Ruhe des Ortes und der geringen Einwohnerzahl. Es ist eine traditionsreiche Kleinstadt und seit 2006 eines der schönsten Dörfer Italiens. In der Gemeinde Bleggio Superiore, auf halbem Weg zwischen Madonna di Campiglio und dem Gardasee gelegen, beeindruckt dieses Trentiner Dorf mit seinen Säulengängen, Kellern, Gängen, Fasswänden (Portech), unter denen Sie sich im Winter zum Schutz vor der Kälte versteckten.
Jeder Blick auf Rango erzählt Geschichten vom bäuerlichen Leben, die in einem langsamen Tempo geführt werden, als die Tage vom Aufgang der Sonne und dem Läuten der Glocken geprägt waren.
Von Mitte November bis Ende Dezember ist die Stadt mit den charakteristischen Weihnachtsmärkten gefüllt mit beleuchteten Ständen, die unter dem Portech, entlang der Straßen oder in den alten Bauernhäusern untergebracht sind.
Im Sommer findet dann zwischen Juli und August das Symposium der Holzskulptur statt, eine Woche, in der nationale und internationale Künstler die kleinen Plätze von Rango und Balbido besetzen, um das gewählte Thema auf Holz zu interpretieren. Viele der in früheren Editionen entstandenen Skulpturen werden in den beiden Dörfern unter freiem Himmel ausgestellt.
Was wir Ihnen heute zeigen werden, ist ein Erd-Himmel-Abschnitt des alten Dorfes, der im Laufe der Jahre in seiner ursprünglichen Struktur nicht verändert wurde und sich über mehrere Stockwerke erstreckt.
Im Erdgeschoss befanden sich die alten Wraps, in denen Wurst und Käse reiften, und es ist immer noch schön, im Sommer wegen der dort herrschenden Kühle einen Besuch abzustatten und dies wäre der ideale Ort, um Ihre Stube zu bekommen.
Im Zwischengeschoss, dem Hauptzugang über eine Außentreppe, befinden sich derzeit zwei Räume: eine Küche / ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer.
Die Innentreppe führt uns ins Obergeschoss. Auf der linken Seite zwei große Räume mit Blick auf den Platz und den Rango-Brunnen und auf der rechten Seite ein großer Raum und eine weitere Etage mit freiliegendem Dach. Dieser letzte Teil hat einen eigenen, unabhängigen Zugang von der Seite des Hauses und ist ein Raum, der vollständig restauriert und nach Ihren Bedürfnissen gestaltet werden muss.
Die zwei Eingänge, die großen Innenräume und die Entwicklung auf mehreren Etagen ermöglichen es, eine einzige große Wohnung oder besser zwei unabhängige Einheiten mit unterschiedlichen Eigenschaften zu erhalten. Auf der einen Seite die gewölbten Decken, auf der anderen der Charme des Daches. Alle respektieren die typische Trentiner Bergarchitektur. Rango es una opción más que pacífica para quienes deseen relajarse, dada la tranquilidad del lugar y el reducido número de habitantes que allí viven. Es una pequeña ciudad rica en tradiciones y desde 2006 es uno de los pueblos más bellos de Italia. Situado en el municipio de Bleggio Superiore, a medio camino entre Madonna di Campiglio y el lago de Garda, este pueblo de Trentino le impresiona con sus pórticos, sótanos, pasillos, paredes de barril (portech) bajo las que se refugiaba en invierno para protegerse del frío.
Cada vislumbre de Rango cuenta historias de la vida campesina, llevada a cabo a paso lento, cuando los días estaban marcados por la salida del sol y el repique de las campanas.
Desde mediados de noviembre hasta finales de diciembre, con los característicos Mercados de Navidad, el pueblo se llena de puestos iluminados, ubicados bajo la porteca, a lo largo de las calles o en el interior de las antiguas casas campesinas.
En verano, pues, entre julio y agosto, se realiza el Simposio de Escultura en Madera, una semana en la que artistas nacionales e internacionales ocupan las plazuelas de Rango y Balbido para interpretar en madera el tema elegido. Muchas de las esculturas creadas en ediciones pasadas se exhiben al aire libre en los dos pueblos.
Lo que les mostraremos hoy es una porción del cielo terrestre del antiguo pueblo que no ha sufrido cambios en su estructura original a lo largo de los años y se extiende por varios pisos.
En la planta baja estaban las antiguas envolturas, donde se guardaban los embutidos y quesos para madurar, y todavía es agradable visitarlo en verano por el frescor que allí reina y que sería el lugar ideal para conseguir tu stube.
En el entrepiso el acceso principal, a través de una escalera exterior, actualmente se encuentran dos habitaciones: una cocina / sala de estar, un dormitorio y un baño.
La escalera interior nos conduce a la planta superior. En el lado izquierdo dos grandes salas con vista a la plaza y la fuente de Rango y en el lado derecho una sala grande y otro piso con techo expuesto. Esta última parte, además de tener su propio acceso independiente desde el lateral de la casa, es un espacio que necesita ser completamente restaurado y moldeado según tus necesidades.
Los dos accesos, los grandes espacios interiores y la urbanización en varias plantas permiten obtener un solo apartamento grande o mejor aún dos unidades independientes, con diferentes características. Por un lado los techos abovedados, por el otro el encanto de la cubierta. Todo respetando la arquitectura típica de las montañas de Trentino. Rango è una scelta più che tranquilla per tutti coloro che desiderano rilassarsi, vista la tranquillità del posto e l'esiguo numero di abitanti che vi risiedono. E’ un piccolo paese ricco di tradizioni e dal 2006 indicato tra i Borghi più Belli d’Italia. Situato nel comune di Bleggio Superiore, a metà strada tra Madonna di Campiglio e il Lago di Garda, questo borgo del Trentino ti colpisce per i suoi portici, le cantine, gli androni, i volti a botte (portech) sotto cui ci si rifugiava in inverno per proteggersi dal freddo.
Ogni scorcio di Rango racconta storie di vita contadina, condotta a ritmo lento, quando le giornate erano scandite dal sorgere del sole e dal rintocco delle campane.
Da metà novembre a fine dicembre, con i caratteristici Mercatini di Natale, il paese si riempie di bancarelle illuminate, ospitate sotto i portech, lungo le strade o dentro le antiche case contadine.
In estate poi, tra luglio e agosto, si tiene il Simposio di Scultura Lignea, una settimana in cui artisti nazionali ed internazionali occupano le piazzette di Rango e Balbido per interpretare su legno il tema scelto. Molte delle sculture realizzate nelle edizioni passate si trovano esposte open-air nei due borghi.
Ciò che oggi vi portiamo a vedere è una porzione terra-cielo nel borgo antico che non ha subito negli anni variazioni sulla sua struttura originaria e che si snoda su più piani.
Al piano terra gli antichi avvolti, dove si tenevano i salumi ed i formaggi a stagionare e che è tuttora bello visitare in estate per la frescura che vi regna e che sarebbe il posto ideale in cui ricavare la vostra stube.
Al piano rialzato l’accesso principale, attraverso una scala esterna, qui vi sono attualmente due locali: una cucina/soggiorno, una stanza e il bagno.
La scala interna ci conduce al piano superiore. Sul lato sinistro due grandi stanze con vista sulla piazza e sulla fontana di Rango e sul lato destro un grande locale ed un ulteriore piano con tetto a vista. Questa ultima parte, oltre ad avere un suo accesso indipendente dal lato della casa, è un spazio totalmente da ristrutturare e da plasmare secondo le vostre esigenze.
I due accessi, i grandi spazi interni e lo sviluppo su più piani permettono di ricavare un unico grande appartamento o meglio ancora due unità abitative indipendenti, con caratteristiche diverse. Da un lato i soffitti a volta, dall’altro il fascino del tetto. Il tutto rispettando la tipica architettura montana trentina. This last part, as well as having its own independent access from the side of the house, is a space that needs to be completely restored and shaped according to your needs.The two entrances, the large interior spaces and the development on several floors allow to obtain a single large apartment or better yet two independent units, with different characteristics.
