Hacia la mitad de la calle, tomamos el camino lateral donde se encuentra nuestra villa, llegamos frente a la verja y recorremos el camino de entrada que nos lleva a la entrada: enseguida nos damos cuenta del gran tamaño de la propiedad, dividida en tres partes: sótano, entresuelo, primera planta. Al entrar, enseguida nos fijamos en el enorme salón de más de 60 metros cuadrados, muy luminoso gracias a las numerosas ventanas, y con una atractiva salida al porche. También en la misma planta se encuentra la nueva cocina, un cuarto de baño y otra habitación que puede utilizarse para diversos fines. Subiendo a la primera planta, encontramos los dos dormitorios y otro baño. À mi-chemin de la rue, nous prenons la route secondaire où se trouve notre villa, nous arrivons devant le portail et nous marchons dans l'allée qui mène à l'entrée: nous remarquons immédiatement les grandes dimensions de la propriété, divisée en trois parties : sous-sol, mezzanine, premier étage. En entrant, on remarque immédiatement l'énorme séjour de plus de 60 mètres carrés, très lumineux grâce aux nombreuses fenêtres, et avec une belle sortie sur la véranda. Au même étage se trouvent également la cuisine neuve, une salle de bains et une autre pièce qui peut être utilisée à des fins diverses. Circa a metà della via, prendiamo la laterale dove si trova la nostra villa, arriviamo davanti al cancello e percorriamo il vialetto che ci porta all'entrata: notiamo subito l'importante metratura dell’immobile, diviso in tre parti: seminterrato, piano rialzato, primo piano. Entrando, notiamo subito l'enorme salone di oltre 60mq, molto luminoso grazie alle numerose finestre, e con un’attraente uscita sulla veranda. Sempre allo stesso piano troviamo la cucina nuova, un bagno ed un’altra stanza che può essere destinata a diversi utilizzi. Salendo al primo piano, troviamo invece le due camere da letto ed un altro bagno.
