Jedes Haus verfügt über eine eigene Strom- und Wasseruhr. Sie können unabhängig voneinander für zwei Familien genutzt werden. Das Gebäude ist an die städtische Kanalisation angeschlossen.
Im Raum zwischen den Häusern gibt es eine Rezeption und einen Raum zum geselligen Beisammensein mit einer Bar mit Lagerraum und einem Keller.
