Het comfort van de drie slaapkamers, elk met een eigen badkamer, zorgt voor ontspanning en rust tijdens je vakantie. In Kroatië, het land van de heerlijke zon, zorgen ons verwarmde zwembad van 10 x 5 meter en de vele terrassen rondom zodat je op elk moment van de dag kunt genieten van de zon of de schaduw. Een wandeling van 4 minuten brengt je naar het immense meer van Prokljan, waar je gecharmeerd zult zijn van het halfzachte water waarin je een langere duik kunt nemen of naar de prachtige vissen kunt kijken. De villa ligt ver van het dorpscentrum. Er zijn echter een aantal restaurants, winkels, bars en ijssalons in de buurt. Fijnproevers zullen genieten van de volledig uitgeruste keuken (inductiekookplaat, combi-stoomoven, Kenwood Cooking Chef keukenmachine, enz.) of de buitenkeuken op het terras, dat prachtig wordt afgeschermd door een moderne pergola. Het mooie stadje Sibenik, op slechts 5 minuten rijden met de auto, zal je verrukken met zijn autovrije straten gebouwd van natuurlijke witte steen en de ochtendmarkt, waar je elke dag lokale producten kunt kopen. Sibenik is een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor excursies naar de Krka watervallen, het natuurreservaat Plitvice meren, het schiereiland Primosten, de zee-organen Zadar, Split, Vodice en Trogir. En voor de kinderen ligt het Solaris Aquapark op slechts 15 minuten afstand.
