The exterior of the house is very spacious, with a great variety of trees and plants, in addition to 350m2 of lawn. Much of the garden areas have been recently renovated and have plenty of space. The 16m2 porch is furnished. There is also an 8x4m2 pool, which will help you cool off during the hottest hours. If you want to soak up the exquisite Mallorca sun, there are hammocks in the garden. The location of the house is located between Felanitx and Vilafranca, it is a rural environment with agricultural activity and close to many beaches and coves in Mallorca. It is an authentic way to get to know Mallorca. Just 8.6km away you will find Felanitx, a large charming Mallorcan town with supermarkets, restaurants and everything else for an independent stay. By car you can reach many dream beaches, e.g. Cala Marçal, Cala Mandia, Portocristo, Es Trenc or Cales de Mallorca.
