Dit prachtige geschakelde huis in Sa Ràpita, op slechts een paar meter van de zee, verwelkomt 7 gasten. De buitenkant van dit prachtige huis is voorbereid om u de rust en stilte te bieden die u verdient. Op het terras op de begane grond vindt u een eethoek waar u met uw gezelschap kunt genieten van smakelijke maaltijden. Op de bovenste verdieping is er ook nog een terras. Omdat het zich in een woonwijk bevindt, is de privacy gedeeltelijk omdat het pand directe buren heeft. Het huis is verdeeld over drie verdiepingen. Op de begane grond vindt u een ruime woon-eetkamer met satelliet-tv en airconditioning, open naar de gaskeuken, die over alle benodigde keukengerei beschikt om comfortabel te kunnen koken. Er is ook een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en airconditioning. Een badkamer met douche bedient deze verdieping. Als u naar boven gaat, ziet u nog 3 slaapkamers die zijn uitgerust met airconditioning. Twee van hen hebben een tweepersoonsbed en hebben directe toegang tot een klein balkon. De derde slaapkamer heeft een eenpersoonsbed en een studeer- of werkruimte. Op dezelfde verdieping staat een badkamer met ligbad tot uw beschikking. Op de derde verdieping is er nog een terras met uitzicht op de bergen en bij helder weer kunt u ook de zee zien. Het huis heeft ook een wasmachine, een strijkijzer en een strijkplank en als u met uw baby reist, kunnen we een kinderbedje en een kinderstoel leveren. Sa Ràpita is een perfecte plek voor wie de verbinding wil verbreken in een rustige omgeving. Het is bekend vanwege de prachtige zandstranden met gekristalliseerd water, zoals Es Trenc, een beschermd natuurlijk paradijs. Op dit strand vind je een aantal bars net aan zee, waar soms mensen livemuziek spelen en het een authentieke Mallorcaanse zomermiddagervaring maken. In het dorp zijn er diensten zoals een supermarkt, enkele coffeeshops en typische restaurants. Bezoek het dorp Colonia de Sant Jordi, een typisch vissersgebied waar een smakelijk diner met een Mallorcaanse wijn een plezier zal zijn.
