Casa de pescadores recién reformada con dos habitaciones de camas dobles (una de ellas con una oficina en la mezzanine), otra habitacion que ejerce de segunda oficina, un patio interior y terraza. Restaurada en 2022 con estilo playero, dispone de cocina con isla central, equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos, nevera americana con dispensador de agua fresca y hielo, lavavajillas, vinoteca con espacio para 12 botellas, lavadora/secadora, aspiradora Dyson y robot de limpieza Roomba. Dispone de calefacción por suelo radiante y chimenea. Hay posibilidad de poner a los arrendatarios en contacto con la empresa que se encarga de hacer limpiezas semanales en la vivienda de manera habitual si quisieran contratar ese servicio, tenemos a una mujer de la limpieza asignada que conoce bien la casa. El entorno: La casa esta situada en frente del puerto comercial de Premià de Mar, con acceso a numerosos restaurantes y supermercados. La playa mas cercana se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie de la casa. El centro histórico de Premià se encuentra a escasos 5 minutos andando, pudiendo disfrutar de sus comercios, bares y plazas sin tener que padecer del ruido. A tan solo 30 minutos en coche de Barcelona, y a 40 minutos del centro puerta a puerta (Arco de triunfo).
