This beautiful 3 bedroom apartment is located in the center of Seville, in the Feria area, one of the streets with the most personality of the city, located in the Old Town District. It owes its name to the fair or Thursday market held there since the thirteenth century, being the oldest in the city. Nowadays the sidewalks are filled with small stalls or stalls selling mainly antiques and second-hand objects, although in its origins all kinds of items were offered. You will find emblematic buildings such as the Mercado de Abastos, built in the eighteenth century, is one of the oldest service buildings in the city; the Church of Omnium Sanctorum, Mudejar temple of the thirteenth century; the Chapel of Monte-Sion, the Church of San Juan de la Palma and the Palace of the Marquises of Algaba, built in the sixteenth century and considered one of the best examples of civil Mudejar art in the city. Este precioso apartamento de 3 dormitorios se encuentra en el centro de Sevilla, en la zona de la Feria, una de las calles con más personalidad de la ciudad, situada en el Distrito Casco Antiguo. Debe su nombre a la feria o mercado de los jueves que allí se celebraba desde el siglo XIII, siendo la más antigua de la ciudad. En la actualidad las aceras están repletas de pequeños puestos o tenderetes que venden principalmente antigüedades y objetos de segunda mano, aunque en sus orígenes se ofrecían todo tipo de artículos. Encontrará edificios emblemáticos como el Mercado de Abastos, construido en el siglo XVIII, es uno de los edificios de servicios más antiguos de la ciudad; la Iglesia de Omnium Sanctorum, templo mudéjar del siglo XIII; la Capilla de Monte-Sión, la Iglesia de San Juan de la Palma y el Palacio de los Marqueses de la Algaba, construido en el siglo XVI y considerado uno de los mejores ejemplos de arte mudéjar civil de la ciudad.
