The apartment, which is just over 50 sqm in size and is located in the basement of a two-family house and was only completed in 2021, is accessed through a separate entrance area with cloakroom further into the living / dining area equipped with a cozy large corner couch (pull-out / sleeping function), coffee table, dining table for up to four people and Sat/Smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is included. The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker (filters and pads), toaster, kettle. The sleeping area with wardrobe has a 180 cm wide double box spring bed and can be separated from the living area with a darkened curtain as desired. From here it also goes to the comfortable bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink, toilet and underfloor heating. Plenty of towels and a hairdryer are also provided. In front of the house (located at the end of a quiet residential street) you can enjoy the sun on your own outdoor seat. Whether for breakfast or in the evening with a glass of Rheingau Riesling.
