Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und hat einen separaten Treppenaufgang. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist fest an eine junge Familie vermietet. Öffentliche, kostenlose Parkplätze finden sich um die Ecke. Es gibt 5 Schlafgelegenheiten: Doppelbett 1,80 m im Schlafzimmer, Schlafcouch 1,40 m im Wohnzimmer, Schlafcouch im Arbeitszimmer 1 m. Da es nur ein Bad gibt, könnte es aber mit mehreren Personen auf Dauer etwas eng werden. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung geräumig mit 110 qm Grundfläche, allerdings mit vielen Schrägen.
