Die Wohnung besteht aus einem geschmackvollen und 15qm großen Eingangsbereich mit großer Fensterfront und Sitzgelegenheit. Das Wohnzimmer bietet aufbereitete Antikmöbel und eine gemütliche Couch, die Küche ist mit einer neuen Einbauküche sowie mit Einbauwaschmaschine, Induktionskochfeld und großem Kühl-&Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Das Bad bietet eine Dusche und einen wunderschönen Waschtisch, es ist eine kleine Kammer zum Unterstellen des Koffers, Flipchart b.B., Getränke, Staubsauger etc. vorhanden und das Schlafzimmer läd mit einem gemütlichen Bett mit Topper-Matratze und zusätzlichem Waschbecken zum Erholen ein. Wir befinden uns hier 1,7 km von der Berliner Stadtgrenze und dem S-Bahnhof Rahnsdorf entfernt. Von hier aus fährt die S3 in Richtung Erkner und Spandau. Der Bus in Richtung Ortzentrum (Einkauf, Friseur, Bank, Restaurants, Ärzte) und in Richtung S-Bahnhof fährt in 4 Minuten Fußweg von der Nebenstraße ab. Mit dem Auto fährt man cirka 5 Minuten ins Ortszentrum. 10 Minuten Fußläufig von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich ein Back-Café. Mit dem Auto benötigt man 5 Minuten bis zur Autobahnauffahrt Rüdersdorf-Schöneiche (Tesla erreicht man in 25 Minuten).
