Saint Brieuc can be reached directly by TGV. The authentic Breton house of about 93 m² offers you on the 1st floor a corridor that leads to a large bedroom with double bed (140 x 200 cm). Next to it is a small children's room with 2 single beds and a small simple bathroom with toilet. The rooms are equipped with shutters and windows with double glazing. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with open kitchen as well as a spacious conservatory, which gives a direct view to the large garden of almost 5,000 m². From there you can watch the sunset depending on the season. The garden is fully enclosed, making it perfect for sports activities like soccer and badminton games. On the ground floor there is also a laundry room, a drying rack and a large bathroom with bath and shower. The toilet is in a separate room to be more comfortable. The house has a total of 2 entrances (street and winter garden side). In the back house you will find the private parking space where several cars can park.
