I am renting a fully furnished and equipped 2-room flat for two people on the 1st floor, preferably to a couple or very good friends. The rooms are super cut. Your wardrobe is located in front of your flat door. You then enter directly into the large eat-in kitchen with dining table, from which you can reach all the other rooms in the flat: the cosy bedroom, the modern bathroom with double washbasin, bathtub, shower, WC and with real fossils in the natural stone tiles. From the eat-in kitchen you can also access the huge living room (28 square metres) with a work area and continue onto your huge balcony (22 square metres), which is yours alone: from there you have a wonderful view of the park-like garden of the house, which you are welcome to use via your own metal spiral staircase. All rooms in the flat are fully furnished and equipped. I would be delighted if you would also like the furniture so that you would like to use it, as it is to remain in the rooms. The accessories, with the exception of the iPad, are also part of the furnishings. Your flat is located in a two-family house on the outskirts of Munich, in a very quiet location and yet everything is within easy reach. Local amenities (supermarkets, ice cream parlours, cafés, bakeries, restaurants, snack bars, shops) and of course bus and S-Bahn stops: Everything can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. From the Gronsdorf S-Bahn stop, you can get to Marienplatz in 18 minutes every 10 minutes on weekdays and reach practically all destinations in the city centre or near the main S-Bahn line in Laim or Pasing in 25 to 30 minutes. The house or flat is therefore the ideal symbiosis of city and nature, practicality and relaxation. If you have a car, you can park it right outside the front door in a street without any through traffic. The house is about 5 km from the A99 motorway, exit Haar.
